Excellent! This company is easy to deal with, I ordered a selection of fabric swatches to help me decide colour and fabric. These were free and I didn't have to wait long. The web site is great, user friendly and plenty of choice when it comes to placing the order. I ordered a footstool in a velvet fabric, and delivery was much quicker than expected; well packaged too! Very happy with the stool and it looks great in my dressing room, definitely tempted to buy another! Great prices too for bespoke furniture.

After searching for some time for an ottoman that was 'just right' for our new home, I found Footstools and More. I was very impressed that my multiple requests for fabric samples were satisfied extremely quickly, with no charge, and then when I had to change the date of delivery the process was very smooth. The ottoman arrived extremely well-packed and protected and it looks perfect, just as described online. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Footstools and More.
