This is a great company to deal with. They were very helpful about sending samples and helping me to decide on whether leather or faux leather. There was good communication about when to expect delivery and it arrived when expected. We're delighted with our new footstool - looks great; comfortable as a footstool or extra seating and great alternative to a coffee table.

After vast amounts of research and browsing we ordered our footstool as website and choice not to mention price structure was far superior in my view then all competitors including high street shops during their sales! Huge choice of fabrics and amazing combinations of sizes and feet etc made this choice a no brainer. Even though ordered during pre Christmas rush it was stil delivered within the promised delivery dates and we are thrilled with the e d result. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.

We ordered the Lexington Footstool in a dark chocolate colour, when it arrived it was beautiful however the colour was several shades lighter than we were expecting. We phoned and Mark could not have been more helpful. The footstool was collected free of charge two days later and we were sent some new samples to look at the next day. We reordered and were assured that the sample would be checked with the actual leather to ensure a match. Our footstool arrived three weeks later and it is perfect. The colour is beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Footstools and More. Beautiful footstool, prompt delivery and fantastic customer service.

We ordered some swatches which came promptly and from there we were able to confidently pick out the colour and material we wanted for our center peice which was a large tan leather footstool. Ordering was simple and after an email confirmation I called up to double check the progress, the communication over the phone was great and we were able to discussed when it would be delivered. Communication on the exactl delivery time was good and I was able to plan my day off around it, the item arrived well packaged. The item itself was beautiful, from the workmanship to the materials, the leather just smells amazing. It's now sitting beautifully in the center of my new lounge! Highly recommended!

The samples I requested came by return of post, the ordering process was easy and delivery was well within the estimated delivery time.
