I had fabric sent direct from a manufacturer to be used on a bespoke large square footstool with buttons. I chose black tapered legs. It was made to a very high standard, substantial and professionally made. I would highly recommend the service based on my experience.

We were contacted and advised of our delivery date which unfortunately didn't suit us, but that was not a problem our requested delivery date and our preference of a morning delivery was arranged quickly and efficiently. The quality of the footstool is excellent I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

We live in a small house with awkward spaces & very little cupboard space. We needed extra seating in our lounge which would also double as storage. We were delighted when we spotted this shop on the net, the swatches arrived quickly and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We changed one of the measurements which didn't cost us any extra and our stool arrived in no time at all. It's a good quality, well made piece.

I found the site easy to use and was able to totally customise my footstool, which looks perfect for my space. The swatches came promptly, I was able to change my delivery day and there are real human beings replying to questions. Feels like it may be a smallish firm which still has a heart. Very happy with the quality of the product.

This company have been helpful and communicative right from ordering samples to receiving the final product. The delivery was efficient and the product extremely(!) well wrapped, took me ten minutes to get into! Product is itself lovely, very well constructed.

When I couldn't find what I wanted from their samples on their website, they were extremely helpful in sourcing additional samples. After many samples sent to me which didn't quite match my requirements, they came up trumps with just what I was looking for.

I never do these but I received such good customer service and we are so thrilled with our green leather tablestool I felt honour bound to do a review. After to speaking to someone at the company about the colour I wanted ((before an order had been placed) I was sent at least 8 samples of different dark green pieces of leather which allowed me to pick the perfect texture and shade. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service with speedy and great delivery. I purchased a table stool and a bench stool both excellent quality that look stunning in my sitting room.

I had ordered a small footstool which arrived on time & the craftsmanship was excellent, although It was a little softer than I had anticipated. As I walk on my knees due to disability, it's intended use was to stand on for reach, so it sunk a little too far with my full weight on it. Even though the item I had been sent was absolutely perfect for use as a footstool, once I explained the situation the company cheerily offered to build me a new one with a wooden frame & even upgraded the size for free! They also offered to courier the first one back but I took care of this as they'd already been so kind. I received the 2nd one & the craftsmanship was just as excellent & perfect for my needs. Can't recommend this company enough. Describe exactly what you want & they'll build it for you.
