Absolutely love the footstool. Had shopped around lots of furniture stores but just couldn't find the right thing or the prices were outrageous. This is definitely the best way to get what you want at a good price too. Was ready earlier than expected, email to confirm delivery, and was very well packaged. I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with my two footstools (one being a storage footstool). the patterns of the fabric match perfectly , the seams are straight and accurate in every detail, well made and well packed, arrived here in Lydd in perfect condition.It also helped that i was able to talk to Mark with reference to the huge variety of fabric,and various feet to match any style. First class company with first class workmanship.

Good quality materials and well packaged for delivery An idea for the future would be to provide a picture of what the bespoke/made to order footstool would look like as the only thing we would change is the number of deep buttons and we would go for less.

I wasn't sure about fabric choice but the switches you sent proved extremely helpful and true to the actual product provided. I would highly recommend your company. Being able to select the size, legs and fabric meant that I could have a stool that perfectly suited by existing furniture, the mahogany legs pull it all together, and all at an extremely competitive price, which is unusual for a bespoke item. I was kept informed of the progress all the way through the production process and the stool arrived on exactly the day it was expected. My footstool arrived in perfect condition, expertly packed, and exactly as I hoped it would look but I was amazed at the quality of the craftsmanship. Website easy to navigate and comprehensive choice of options. Samples sent out promptly and the footstool quality is first class. Delivery was organised easily at a time convenient for us, no 12 hour delivery window and having to take a day off work! Thanks guys.

Delivery was about a week behind what was initially promised, but arrived unscathed after chasing. Looks good & is surprisingly heavy and sturdy.

I found their website so easy to use and receiving samples very promptly gave me the confidence to make a purchase which I am delighted with.

Quality and finish was 1st class . I did not ask for a sample of the material I chose . Colour was slightly darker than on Web sight .so I would recommend sample first . Actually worked better for my colour scheme to be darker so all great

I ordered a footstool and cushion in matching material. I asked the question if I could provide my own material and quantity that was required, a fast response was provided. In the end I decided to go with one of their materials. Very happy with both items would recommend and have no hesitation to use them again

Lovely Quality . Delivered on time. Matches my sofas perfectly. I wish I had ordered the longer legs but that's my fault. Seems obvious but I'd recommend anyone to check for certain which height they find most comfortable.
