I ordered a footstool which was lovely. Loved it so much I ordered a 2nd... But by mistake I ordered the wrong size. I didn't notice until a week later. I contacted customer services and had a response within 12 hours. They were more than happy to swap the footstool for me and refunded me the £10 extra I paid for the taller stool. (I wasn't expecting this!) Great service, friendly staff, fantastic products. Thank you
The colour of fabric for a footstool I ordered was not quite right and I reordered another one in a different fabric. The return was handled efficiently and quickly and the new stool was made ready to be delivered before Christmas. A very good service.
The footstool arrived in the time specified and was very well packaged in fact I have never received anything quite so well packaged! The quality and finish are excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in buying a footstool.

I had been looking for a footstool but couldn't find one in the right material and size. Mark was so helpful, he sent off for samples of a specific leather which were sent to me to check, he suggested style changes, sourced bespoke finishing touches and then the footstool was made and dispatched within the timescales agreed which was 5 weeks even thought the leather came from Italy. The finished product has exceeded expectations - I was very impressed with the whole experience and couldn't recommend more highly.

I have no hesitation in recommending footstoolsandmore. Ordering was simple and communication first class. Our table/footstool arrived very very well packaged. It is perfect for our room and finishes it off a treat. The stool is sturdy and excellently made, the lines of the tartan even and straight and cornered perfectly. It looks just as I hoped it would.
