So far so good, samples lovely quality just placed my first order. Can’t fault the ordering process and I had to call to make an amendment to the order and the team on the phone were very efficient. Can’t wait to see the floor fitted in my home.

High quality flooring that can’t be matched! We are obsessed with our Desert Oak Herringbone flooring, and it looks 10x better in person!! We love it so much that we went back to Floor Street for our stair runner and they managed to match the carpet for our landing. Top service and quick delivery. Happy all round and our home looks beautiful

I kept seeing floor streets runners all over instagram, I knew I wanted one but my partner wasn’t quite as sure (he’s a cheapskate). When we ordered it was during a sale, so he let me order it. I was helped by Khalid when ordering my matching landing carpet, I ordered my runner late in the evening so dropped my message for the carpet at the same time. Khalid got back to me first thing in the morning, I had paid and ordered my landing within just a couple of hours. My runner has just arrived this morning, and my partner although spectacle at first, has now seen the amazing quality of this product and agrees it was a good choice. Thanks to all at Floor Street

I ordered several samples and it was a no brainer to go with Floor Street. The difference in quality was noticeable. Also, the samples are not those tiny square pieces! I am sure I was one of those difficult customers, but Khalid was really patient and made the process easy. The carpet and runner look amazing and can’t wait for them to be laid.
Sharing my wife’s experience here, so others can avoid the same mistake. Despite Floor Street’s quick initial response and assurances about their guarantee, they have failed to follow through. After sending photos of the faulty product on February 13th, the company forwarded them to their supplier but has since provided no updates for nearly two weeks - February 25th The carpet runner and installation kit were disappointing. While the runner looks fine, it has rough, uneven edges and developed multiple defects (loose fabric, broken stitching) within a week. The company’s lack of follow-up highlights unprofessionalism and empty guarantees. This week I shall be perusing it further via our bank. Order number: FST27150
5 easy stars! Khalid was so helpful in store! I went in to look for inspiration and came away with a handful of samples which were perfect for my space! It was an efficient service with great communication, they even checked in after delivery to check all was okay! LVT click from Floorstreet is top quality and easy to install as a DIY job. They were super responsive on text which made for quick and clear service. Great range of products, excellent price and brilliant quality. We’re so happy!

A brilliant company to buy off and deal with! I ordered three packs of flooring,One pack was damaged,I spoke with ‘Lee’ via email He responded very swiftly, Sent another pack out five days later, Which annoyingly was also damaged:-) But,Lee responded super quickly and had another pack sent out within two days Thanks Lee,Your help was fantastic No messing around!!

The runner has only been down 2 months and already the edges are fraying. Not what I expected after spending over £400!! It’s a shame because I can’t fault the customer service but the runner is awful quality. There are little black threads which are coming out everywhere and it doesn’t look it’s going to last and there’s only 3 of us. I can’t imagine what it would look like in a normal family home
Wow! We were a little skeptical about ordering floor online but its actually such nice floor and excellent quality, we are so pleased and everyone comments on it when they come round. Superb customer service! Khalid helped me with a recently discontinued flooring. He helped me calculate how many packs I needed and was very quick when responding to my questions. I’m so excited to see the flooring installed. Definitely recommend!
