We had been hunting for a floor for our kitchen for months and months! Something stunning, easy to clean and great quality… then I found Floor Street on Instagram. I had messaged them a few times asking for advice and samples and they were absolutely amazing!! Best customer service I have received for a long time. So friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. One of our packages arrived damaged (no fault of FloorStreet) and a new packet was sent out the next day after I contact them. Floor Street even gave us advice on how to lay and which underlay we would need which meant we were able to lay the floor ourselves! Amazing company and will certainly use again for our next room we are doing. Thankyou 🥰
I have ordered both flooring and carpet runner from floor street. The delivery was no problem. I ordered it fairly in advance and worried it would be forgotten about, but it wasn’t. Floor is great quality from what I can tell so far, only just had it laid. So will see the longevity over time. Still need to lay the carpet runner but looks lovely and seems like decent quality. So can’t wait to get it laid down.
Great quality runner and arrived when they said it would! I would highly recommend it. We also added on the DIY pack for the runner, and it's great as it was cut down and ready for us to install - time for our next purchase now from them :)
