I rang to find some more information and some understanding on the flooring I was choosing and spoke to Lee, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am sincerely grateful and his expertise and patience has made the process a whole lot easier for me as a first time flooring buyer with little knowledge or understanding and would have just brought something pretty 😅
I would rate the whole experience of dealing with this company as negative!!!! Delivery dated stated was one week which seemed fine while placing the order only for them to ring me after I had placed the order to say they couldnt fur fill the order for a month. So I waited only for that date to pass and still not receive my 80sqm of lvt. They then gave me another date which was another month away only for them to send outta a delivery between 6am and 6pm only for that not to turn up. When I emailed to ask for a update they then email back saying sorry your order has been missed and won't be back in stock for yet another month. 3 months and still no flooring let down on every occasion, chance after chance. Don't waste your money!!!! buy from a company that can fur fill a order not this one !!!!!

Buri Oak herringbone waterproof click vinyl beautiful 😍 I came across this company on TikTok whilst looking at laminates. As I was including my downstairs cloakroom and kitchen I really wanted waterproof vinyl but thought it would be too expensive but this came in at a great price so I ordered it in their Black Friday sale as I was in a rush to have it down before Christmas. As I’d only seen online I was a bit worried but when it arrived I was delighted as it looked beautiful, even better than pictures. My fitter took less than 2 days to fit 45m2 and I was beyond excited when I seen it. This is stunning down and I am so glad it won’t go buckled like my last floor in laminate as it is waterproof. The quality is fabulous, the ordering process was easy and my flooring arrived exactly when they said it would by a really friendly delivery guy. I am in Scotland so wouid never have come across this company had it not been for social media. The reviews gave me confidence also. I would not buy flooring anywhere else after this great experience and will be sure to direct all my friends and family your way. Thank you, you have made a busy full time working mum on a tight budget extremely happy as I can enjoy my downstairs space again! The colour and grain are perfect and it looks luxurious 10/10
Awful flooring and very very poor customer service. Please don’t buy your flooring from this company. We have spent a fortune on flooring for it to chip straight away, it’s not hard wearing at all… they also haven’t replied to any of our emails complaining. They have zero customer service and the only reason I’m writing this review is due to the fact they haven’t reached out to respond to our multiple emails… very disappointed…
We purchased approx 50m2 of Desert Oak Herringbone laminate flooring. The price was fantastic and quality very good. it arrived exactly on the chosen day. Started laying it Saturday and finished the first small room, approx 10m2. I can't stress enough that before you start laying the flooring please look at the video on their website to see how to lay the flooring, once you do that it's very easy to fit. looks amazing, hard to tell from real wood, very highly recommend

I'm so glad I came across Floor Street!! I originally placed an order with another company for my flooring, but was then told it wouldn't be in stock until mid January. Obviously with Christmas coming up panic mode set in as I tried to find another flooring... and that's when I came across Floor Street! Honestly wish I'd have come here first! The ordering was simple, and I managed to get an amazing offer on their Black Friday sale. Delivery was all on time on the day I was informed it would be. Nice and simple, pallet delivery which was put right next to my front door. We're only half way through laying our flooring, but I just had to come and write as review as I'm seriously impressed with the quality of this laminate! It looks and feels sooooo luxury!! I can't wait to get it finished. We've already said we're going to continue the flooring into the kitchen, so I'll be ordering again after Christmas! Thank you so much Floor Street! Now my go to for any flooring!!
After seeing lots of great reviews I ordered the desert oak laminate range for my kitchen. I was initially really impressed with delivery, although after having a professional lay the floor they experienced lots of problems. The easy “lock system” does not seem to work seamlessly, and has therefore left gaps in the flooring where the boards join. In addition to this there are now multiple corners where they lock together that have chipped, exposing the wood underneath. This floor is poor quality and is not going to last - I would not recommend this to anyone
Recently ordered the straight laminate flooring (Blonde Oak) for my living and dining room. Firstly the flooring is poor quality i found the majority of packs had chipped boards in them (Be aware once you open the packs you can’t return even when you have issues and with the 28 days) The flooring was an absolute nightmare to fit as the edges hadn’t been cut properly in manufacture which meant it wouldn’t seamlessly fit/click into place which has caused gaps in the floor. (It is meant to be an easy click in system) I was hoping it would last a good few years but I don’t think that will be the case due to the very poor quality, I’ll be lucky if it lasts a year! I contacted floor street with the issues including pictures but their response was only that they would resend one pack of flooring out to me. However there was a total of at least 4 packs damaged (We ordered 26 plus underlay) and they fobbed me off with a link on how to fit flooring regarding the quality of the click system despite the numerous photos supplied to them. This company lacks any sort of customer service and are extremely unprofessional. Avoid! In response to the reply, as stated not all the boards have been cut clearly which means some do click together but the majority don’t as per the pictures sent on email. Also I have made contact directly but the person who responds on email has no professionalism and the response has been very basic and dismissive.
I chose the Sahara Oak Vinyl Click without chosing a sample first as I was in a hurry to renovate my property for rental. The flooring arrived and I was delighted with the choice! It looks stunning and 12 packs covered a lounge, hallway and small kitchen, the property looks great! The communication I received from Floor Street regrading delivery was great too. We are landlords to many properties and when we are faced with a new property or a renovation of an existing one, 100% we will buy all flooring from Floor Street. The price was amazing. The product fits well and looks stunning. Really happy with my choice.

Fantastic service from start to finish! We have used Floor Street at a previous property aswell as our new home as we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff in store couldn’t be more helpful, answering all questions we had regarding the products and even going out of their way to ensure we got exactly what we needed. All calculations were done for us which made the process much easier and stress free! After purchasing what we needed and making a number of calls to them with additional queries, the service they gave was incredible - always a happy and helpful staff member at the end of the phone! The quality of their flooring is fantastic, we used their contractors for the fitting & they did an incredible job whilst also not having to wait too long to be booked in despite how busy I can imagine they are! The vibes in the store are just immaculate, a modern flooring company who are amazing at what they do! If we need flooring in the future there will be no hesitation about where we will be buying from - Floor Street all the way!
I ordered a couple of samples from Floor Street, to say I was impressed with the quality is an understatement. Finding the perfect flooring for our home has been an almost 5 year challenge and I am pleased to say we have found 'the one' now! We ordered the Desert Oak laminate in straight and herringbone. The samples arrived the next day, packaged beautifully. Looking forward to starting our flooring project very soon!
