We wanted something that wasn’t going to break the bank as we have been doing a full Reno of our house. It was so easy to order samples to ensure we knew which colour we wanted. Everything arrived on time and with no damages at all. The flooring we chose was ‘Desert Oak’ and it was so simple to put together. We have it running through the whole of our downstairs and it has finally made our house feel like a home. Highly recommend!
Honestly, I am in love. I bought the sintra stair runner to match with my newly painted stairs in F&B 'Railings' and it is the dream team. Never had so many compliments on a home improvement before! Amazing product. Ordered it thinking it could take a few weeks to be delivered but within 2 days it was at my door. I used desert oak herringbone and it was extremely easy to put down and the quality is spectacular. Really rate this product and the company.

Superb service from start to finish. Helpful in choosing right flooring and getting it at the best price. Chose an engineered wooden floor, which they stored for us till ready. Collected it from Bearwood warehouse where the guys were very helpful and friendly. Looks perfect in our dining room, excellent quality. Certainly will be back when we are ready to do the hall floor. The quality of this flooring is second to none. My husband was super impressed when laying this. The flooring takes a while to put down compared to normal laminate but is so worth while. The laying video on the website is also super helpful.

Love this company started off just doing the kitchen and have went in to order multiple times to do the entire downstairs. We went for nakedblonde gluedown lvt herringbone and we love it. Such good quality and certainly withstanding a busy house with 3 boys! Delivery has always been perfect with each order and they have fab prices and sales also.

I participated in a instagram giveaway for floor street hitting 100k followers, I was one of the lucky participants that commented on the post during the time of the giveaway and was sent a £100 off voucher to use. I wanted to use this voucher to purchase a matching landing for my stair runner. After contacting floor street to make the purchase they advised me this voucher could only be applied to online items only, floor street did not state this in the giveaway or in the T&Cs of the giveaway. It felt as though Floor Street was picking and choosing what the voucher could be used for. Although I am grateful for the voucher, I already own a stair runner and just had new flooring fitted, the matching landing was the last piece of the puzzle for me. I am disappointed in how floor street handled the situation as there was no alternative and their phone line was down.
