We bought 34m2 of the desert oak herringbone laminate and I’m obsessed! We pre-ordered back in July taking advantage of a sale but we put an oct delivery date, I had to change the delivery address & it was seamless! The quality is amazing, it’s actually hard wearing for laminate you honestly wouldn’t tell it is laminate unless told so. 5 stars!!!!! And I’ll be recommending floorstreet to everyone.
Great service and a lovely herringbone laminate floor
Second time I used Floor Street this year. Product is great, but customer service was poor. Ordered product and delivery didnt arrive in to their store when it was supposed to. I had to chase for updates. The delay in receiving the product (by 2 weeks) meant I had to delay the contractor to install and decided to take the delivery as soon as it was available - that way the engineered wood could have time to adjust to the temperature of the house and it was here for when the builder was able to do the work. After the install, I had 8 boxes left un-opened and asked whether these could be re-stocked. They said I was 2 days too late (they can only take back returns within 28 days of delivery) as they apparently cannot be resold by them after this! Considering I have spent over £4,000 for supply only this year for this product off them, and that they delayed the deliver which meant I had to re-arrange the builder, think that this is poor customer service. Beware of the delivery dates and return policy.

Would highly recommend Floor Street, very helpful on WhatsApp from start to finish, after ordering some free samples we went with Dessert Oak Herringbone and underfloor heating underlay, and as promised.. we love it!! As an amateur DIY'er I chose to lay this myself, admit It is time consuming but after watching a number of videos 100% doable and my god worth it! Seems very good quality, can't comment on durability as only finished last night. Overall very happy with our newly transformed Kitchen/hallway/Utlity.
Herringbone Laminate in Greige Oak. Absolutely Gorgeous flooring, amazing customer service from start to finish. I was unsure about colours and was sent lots of different pictures to help me choose. Couple of boxes were broken in delivery but was not an issue as they sent another 2 out straight away. Fitters were very impressed with the quality of it when laying. My sitting room is now complete. Don’t hesitate buying from this company. We’ve had lots of compliments

A great experience from start to finish. Their communication was great especially having WhatsApp. Samples arrived quickly and so did my order. The best prices out there too. We are so happy with the finished look! The floor street Instagram page is great for seeing what different floors look like in customers homes. We’ll be back to order our stair runner in the next few weeks!

Where do I start!!! from going into the shop to fitting, we had the most seamless experience and the outcome is just so much better then I ever anticipated! The team helped me pick my carpet, underlay and stair runner and nothing was too much - being indecisive made this a lot harder but they had so much patience and helped me put together my dream colours! I’m so happy with my carpets and stair runner and they have been the cherry on top of a very long renovation! So so happy and would return again, and have already recommended to many friends and family 🩷
We ordered the Pearl Oak Herringbone laminate flooring for our kitchen. After receiving samples, we received amazing customer service (answering all our questions) and ordered! The flooring has a lovely grain effect and the most gorgeous colour tones. We've had it down for a year now, and it is still in perfect condition. Amazing quality for the price. I will never go anywhere else for flooring! My family and friends shop here now too.
