Flooring superb and great value, delivered on time. No confirmation of delivery date received after order, had to call to check. Voice mailbox full so couldn’t leave a message. All good in the end.
A very enjoyable experience from looking at the website, making enquiries and then ordering Khalid was brilliant when discussing the stair runners and the matching landing carpet along with answering all my questions - even on stair rods. Don’t buy from here if you have builders lining up with renovation work. They accidentally delivered the scotia on wrong date/quantity and missed delivery for a week with me chasing daily for a week. The delivery supplier they use is not reliable (no notification/tracking and damaged the products). Have tried to sort it out with the sales team and just poor communication post order. Gave them 2 star because flooring looks ok.
Floorboards are beautiful however easily damaged on install which is a shame. Having to purchase more packets so it has been more costly to install than anticipated. Further boxes will be needed. I would go over the basic wastage calculation on the site. I would also have bought a recommended installation kit if they sold this, realised I needed one to put them together. It doesn’t just click into place.
I just ordered 190sqm of laminate flooring, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Khalid was incredibly helpful, arranging a super-fast sample delivery when I needed to make a quick decision. Thanks to his prompt assistance, I was able to place my order without delay. My flooring is set to arrive next week, and I can’t wait!

Recently bought 60M2 of wood floor from floor street . They have a what’s app contact for dealing with delivery which I found super easy and efficient as it was awkward to set a delivery time and day with the house being empty and myself away . They were super helpful customer service. After getting the wood floor and fitting there were a default with a few packs , the team at floor street done all corresponding with the floor manufacturer on my behalf and were very easy to deal with even tho the manufacturers were not being so accommodating. Due to the default of some of the planks at the fault of the manufacturers . I ended up short around 3M2 . After sending some pictures and videos to the customer service team they promptly sent out 4M2 of what I needed to finish the job . As well as continuing contact with me and chasing the manufacturer on my behalf . The floor it self is actually amazing and very nice just a shame the manufacturers won’t hold them selfs responsible when it’s clear to see the issues I was getting with the floor was a fault on their behalf. I do believe i just got unlucky with a bad batch as the reviews on the floor I got were all very good and also it was not budget floor . The manufacturer should spend more time trying to deal with customer satisfaction. Other than the manufacturer the floor street team are supper efficient and attentive and helped deal throughout.

The website is very easy to read, also diverted me to WhatsApp to help me get a matching stair carpet to the runner I wanted, they priced it all up for me and set it up in my basket so all I had to do is proceed to payment, they are very helpful, sent me photos for reference and were very patient with my reply’s, can’t wait to see the carpet down !! X

It all went wrong on delivery of my flooring. The delivery driver pushed the whole pallet or 25 boxes off the end of the truck and it all landed upside down outside my house. It didn't look like there was too much damage though so took them in and thought I could easily sort out a replacement for any damages. Customer services (via email) wanted to know how many were damaged so i spend a week or so of evenings looking through all the boxes and let them know how many. This was a large number of boxes so they then asked for photos of all the damaged planks. I said 'no I'm not going through them all again' but they said they couldn't do anything unless i sent photos. So i was forced to go through them all over again (another week or so of evenings) and sent a load of photos to them. They then arranged a delivery of new flooring for around 12 boxes. This arrived but it was in newer (different coloured) boxes and the planks were slightly different colours too compared to what i had and the cable holding them to the pallet was way too tight and damaged a couple of boxes. They then finally arranged collection of all the damaged boxes and undamaged boxes to replace with the newer boxes so they all match colour wise. I left the boxes in my hallway so they didn't get wet as we didn't know when the collection was going to happen. When they did turn up, the driver said they all need to be outside on a pallet. My wife was home alone so she struggled to take the heavy boxes outside while the driver went off to return later. He never came back and so had to arrange another collection. The boxes just stayed outside in the rain for a few days as we just didn't care by then. By the time they were collected, they were ruined. We eventually got all matching boxes but now all the flooring companies we have asked to quote to fit it say it is rubbish flooring and will be hard to fit and expensive. We had 2 contacts from Floor street to call but they are both in Birmingham and we are in London. Other reviews i have read say they used these fitters but they rushed the job so they can get back to Birmingham! I just don't know if i should fit this poor quality flooring or send them back and pay more for better flooring. They are always on sale with Floor Street and they seem to just sell these through another company so they don't manufacture them themselves. If this happens to you, with the flooring falling off the lorry just refuse delivery! ______________________ Response to Floor street. Re. the collection issue, I only received a short email saying the boxes would be collected the next day but there was no other information to say what to do so I didn't miss the information as there wasn't any. Re. other reviews saying fitters saying the flooring is of low quality, there are many 1 star reviews that say this also. Re. the review saying the Birmingham fitters did a rushed job to get back to Birmingham, please see the 1 star review from Leona Lee on 19 Nov 2021 - BE AWARE – Floorstreet are not what you think in reality.

Ordered flooring for almost our entire downstairs recently - Khalid was super helpful and sent me lots of videos and photos to help me make my selection of SPC. Also was on hand for all the questions I had. The floor was fitted by Farshad (recommended by floor street). Installation was seamless and he went above and beyond! Can’t wait to see it complete once the skirting is in - so far it looks stunning! (Colour: Sahara oak/buri straight plank SPC)
Our second floor from Floorstreet and once again we are delighted! I thought as the showroom was closed it would be tricky but after ordering samples we were fine. All samples and the flooring were delivered quickly, Lee was really helpful with suggesting fitters (Ergis, who has done an amazing job) and then offering us a refund on unopened packs after we had over ordered. I can definitely recommend Floorstreet, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
