Although very prompt, the tool you provided to measure was flimsy in the middle where it screws together, this must have created a slight bow. This added to the measurement and the screens don’t fit properly bow out creating open spaces on the sides.

I need a video on how to install in a pocket-less window. I can get them to stay in. I get one corner in and another one pops out.

My original screen had a one piece frame and fit easily into my window pocket. The replacement that I just received had a spliced frame and where the splice occured it was larger than my window pocket and needed to be beaten in the pocket with a screw driver and hammer. Not sure I'll be able to get it out now when I need to clean my windows. Two thumbs down, from me. Mark Carper

We are so excited. The fit was excellent and installation was a breeze. Our triple track windows would let small insects in after dusk and I was unable to leave the top screen open. It will be wonderful to be able to keep our windows open 24 hrs a day.

I ordered the windows online - the measuring tool was sent traight away. I measured the windows in accordance with the easy to folllow directions then submitted the measurements. The screens were sent to my home in a couple of days. They fit perfectly and my wife is HAPPY!!

Measuring was easy, and the ease of installation and fit were amazing. I'm never going through the hassle of building and splining screens again. FlexScreens are more expensive than building traditional screens from a big box store, but SO worth it for ease of installation. I can build a 2x4ft screen in about an 40min. I just installed 4 flexscreens in 5 minutes.

The FlexScreen customer support team offered to send me a replacement screen for a heavily discounted price +shipping. I received the screen very quickly and it fits very well. I look forward to ordering more screens very soon.

I was skeptical at first. Read many reviews and watched YouTube how to measure and install videos. I ordered a small amount to start and they fit amazing! So I ordered the rest of the house. Installation is a breeze, even those high second story windows! I have recommended these to many people already. Notes that might help: 5 quarters thick is how much width in your pocket you need for screens in pocket Pet screens are thicker, allow for a little more room in your measurements. I had side and top pockets 5/16 so I was able to use pockets. I can not speak for use without pockets. (Except every screen comes with adapters for this purpose. Finally, turn around time was amazing! They prepare you for 10 plus working days and I received each order within 5 days of entering measurements. Fed Ex, well boxed and Screens wrapped.

Process was easy! Directions easy to follow. Once we submitted our measurements we had perfect fitting screens 11 days later. Highly recommend.
