I went without screens for the first year in our house. I struggled to find the right sizes I needed until I found FlexScreen. The ordering process was quick and easy, and by using the Flex tool I was able to measure for the screens correctly. I ordered 8 screens and they were delivered within a week and fit perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!
Love the quality of the screens. Personally I had a issue measuring as my windows are a wacky size. The measuring tool was very helpful!
The screens fit great and were shipped extremely quickly once they were ordered. My only criticism is the ordering process. Once I had indicated how many screens I wanted and paid I thought an email response would be imidate on the sizes. I'm not sure what the problem was but I was not contacted until later. The email went to another filter of promotions when it did come, not your fault, but then it went unnoticed by me for quite awhile and I thought I had been scammed by a fake site. I had in that meantime sent an email to customer service and was not responded to by Flexscreen. All my other orders have gone through Home Depot without a problem.
Great quality, fast delivery, excellent fit, quality product. However, just a little pricey.
A perfect fit and just what I needed. It was not quite as easy to install as described. It required a bit of strength in my situation, but it is sturdy. I'd buy it again. Update: The screen has now lasted through a week of gale force winds at the beach without damage.
The screens themselves seem like good quality, and shipping was fast. However there is definitely a problem with their measuring system as I used the included Flex-tenna and followed the directions exactly. I triple checked all my measurements and subtracted the amount they say is necessary for windows with pockets, but upon installation all of the screens were too big for my windows. Three of them I was able to force into place with a lot of bending, but two are way too tall to fit and will now be expensive trash. I understand there are no returns, but I wrote to customer service and never got a response.
I reached out to customerservice@flexscreenretail before leaving this review. They have got to be kidding. I told them that including Shipping, I paid $110 for one screen. It fit great, but Screen separated from frame and after writing to their customer service, they'll replace it if I first pay $70 for shipping!!! Screen lasted a half year. What a waste. Isn't there some way to pick it up at Home Depot or somewhere locally and skip the shipping? It's not like it lasted years. I'm in my 70s and on limited income. I have tried regluing screen to frame and finally used needle and thread to hold in place and keep scorpions out!!!
Everything went smoothly. Timely delivery. The ordering process seemed a little strange to me, though. I would rather have entered the dimensions at the same time as when I paid, but I'm going to assume there is a good reason how it is done.

When we bought our house last year, the previous owner left us no screens for the windows. I can't believe how easy this was! All 6 screens "popped" right into place. So excited to be able to open up our house!
This process was so easy and the screens are perfect! I measured with a tape and the little tool they sent just to be sure I had correct measurements. Use the exact measurements for your screen space, the company will adjust those for a perfect fit. The screens arrived earlier than promised, well packaged in a box, individually wrapped and were in excellent condition. They fit perfectly, look beautiful and were so simple to install. I highly recommend them! No more messing with the old type of unwieldy screens. Thank you FlexScreen for making my life a little easier!

The screens are great! It is simple to measure and if you do it right they will be good. The only issue is the packaging! It needs to be more sturdy and have down or something to protect the screens. One screen had a rip in it and I already heard the customer service isn’t so good so I not going to worry about it. But the packaging needs to be updated with some foam

The screens don’t fit. I measured as instructed but the screens are too big. I am currently Waiting for advice on how to fix the issue.
Great product, easy to install, very happy with it. Only small roadblock I ran into was when I first opened them, I didn't realize the window number was engraved at the top of each screen frame, so I had to call and ask which screen went where. However, totally admit I was so excited to get them open and out, this info may have been on an instruction sheet I missed.
