I truly couldn't be happier. Our home swaps screens for seasonal window a/c use and our old screens would constantly bend, rip and come undone. Our home looks so much more buttoned up. FlexScreen is a wise investment and can't wait to order the remaining screens we need.

We worked with Mike in customer service. He made it very easy to place the order and to report our measurements. We did disagree, however, with FlexScreen's instructions to take accurate measurements then subtract 3/16" from those measurements. Those instructions result in a very loose fitting screen.

Screens are awesome!!! Slipped right into the tracks. Don't even see the frame. This was a great decision to buy FLEXSCREEN!!

4 of the 6 screens were the wrong size. They won't give a partial refund or give any compensation. They want me to do extra work and send them pictures of the screen measurements so they can send me new ones. I just want a refund since they got less that 50 percent right.

Customer support was outstanding. I had technical difficulties and the representative put a hold on my order immediately. Then I had to call back and get clarity about the measurements. The other representative was equally outstanding. The screens are amazing!

Purchase process was quick and easy. Customer Service very responsive to my questions. Measure tool made the process quick and easy to insure the correct size. Screens arrived quickly, installed easily and look great.

Excellent customer service. Had several product questions. The Rep sent screens samples. We ordered a total of 6 screens. Received the Flex-Tenna within a day of the order. After providing the screen measurements, within a couple days later I received an email (tracking#) saying the screens were shipped. FYI...We don't care for the look of the solar screens from the outside of the house (to dark, not stretched tight enough, wavy) but are very happy with the small insect screens. Just hope they work.

Everything was so easy they sent me the measuring tool to measure my windows. Once I did that I sent them the information. My screens arrived within two weeks, and they fit perfectly. I installed all nine screens in less than 20 minutes and I love them. I absolutely love them. Thank you so much!

Great product but measuring is tricky for old house with windows out of square. Directions didn’t account for this issue and made fit less than ideal and harder to install

Screens came quickly and are good quality. However two of six did not fit, although I measured the same way on all windows.

The screens ( 5 ) that I ordered fit like gloves and were extremely easy to install!
