A big disappointment. I bought tickets for a club night, but when I turned up to the venue it was empty and the managers said that such event had never been organised - so it was false advertising from FIXR. I contacted Kaitlin for a refund, but he’s just kept me spinning around for a week until saying that I should contact the event organisers for a refund - but I wonder how, as there was no event and no organisers. All this hassle for a few quids it’s not worth my time, so if FIXR wanted some bad publicity here it is. Lesson learned: always buy directly from the venues instead of trusting unreliable third parties. Google reviews are plenty of people who turn up to clubs with tickets and are asked to pay again to their dismay.
I would give a 0 if I could! I am a 45 years old male, who wanted to enjoy the Friday night and the '90 music alone...I just divorced, wanted to forget my sh**ty life for a night... Around midnight (26/04) 1 of the security pulled me out from the dance floor, saying I'm not safe (without someone who can help me if I get too drunk: I had 9 cider and 1 vodka at that time and still can stand straight...🤷♂️) and not save for other club user (like 20 years old, drunk female id**ts)... I went to enjoy my type of music and that's all! Single male is dangerous, it's a threat... my *ss... 4 male can not rape 1 single female, can't they? But I'm still a risk! I guess that was the last time I spent any money with this (***) this company, and would like to warn everybody don't do the same: it's a crap as it is!!!

Ever tried to get a refund from those allegedly top tkt selling co’s yes me too. So infuriating being sent here and there with no refund coming at times. Well not these folk at FIXR, from the moment I sent my request in a wonderful Kaitlin directed me to all I needed to acquire my refund, just totally superb with no qualms at all. Really great service. We booked a hen do party and selected to not insure the tickets incase we changed our minds but sadly one of our party had a so couldn’t make it and they refunded us the ticket anyway. Thank you so much was a great help at a sad time for the lady. Quick to email back and really helpful.

Shambles of a company. Absolutely no interest in keeping customers happy! A million emails back and forth explaining the exact same thing. The event was cancelled and they are refusing to refund! Shocking! Will go through the bank instead as customer service are useless!
Kaitlin was so helpful and so quick , i had to change tickets due to unforseen circumstances , she explained that it was not possible to change the tickets but could and did give me a refund. I then promptly rebooked the event at the correct time Thank you Kaitlin
I had booked to attend tonight's XR event at Hampton Hub on how to create Wildlife-Friendly Gardens. At the last minute, I had to let the organisers know I was unable to get there. They instantly arranged to refund the ticket price. It's lovely dealing with people who not only share my concerns for the environment but also treat other people in a friendly honest way
I unfortunately had a bad experience with the organiser of an event. However, Kaitlin at FIXR was very efficient at resolving the matter. I had tried to contact the organisation with no luck, but she successfully managed to communicate my disappointment to the company. I’m now receiving a full refund of the tickets purchased. I would use FIXR again after their wonderful customer services and recommend them as a ticket company. Thank you Kaitlin :) and FIXR!

I always buy my tickets for a night out on here but upon making a stupid mistake and purchasing tickets for the wrong date , it only took a few emails for staff to issue me a refund! Very helpful thanks.

Easy to use and secure platform to buy tickets. I needed a refund as the date changed, refund policy a bit difficult to find, needed to email rather than click through but good response time (and friendly!) refunded issued.
Just want to give a massive thanks to the team at FIXR, and especially Kaitlin for helping me. Not long ago I became paralized from the waste down and was supposed to attend one of the events, in such case I wouldn’t be able to attend the event so Kaitlin had helped me get a refund as I couldn’t make the event. She was quick at the response and got the job done :)
