The cover for my iphone 7 came quickly and well packaged. It fits the phone well and looks good. And the price is good. So I am happy.

I’ve given 2 stars because the delivery was free and fast, and communications were good throughout, but the iPhone case I received was definitely NOT real leather, as claimed. They didn’t argue with me when I said why I wanted a refund. Any reviewer believing these cases are leather must be either blind, have no sense of touch or smell or are friends of this company. I did get a refund, but only because I purchased through Amazon and they pushed it through. This company are not the only ones mislabelling their products, so you get what you pay for and yes, too good to be true is correct in this case!

Do not use this company. Returned a product and have never been refunded, despite sending numerous emails to them.

Initally they sent me the wrong phone cover, which I returned. There was no appology, they said they would forward the correct cover, but that never arrived. They then said it must be lost in transit & will arrange a refund now. That was on 18th Jan. NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE, I have twice tried to chase this but have had NO RESPONCE WHATSOEVER. Very poor customer service. I would not recomend this company.

Purchased a phone cover for my phone, when I received it I did not like it returned it but still waiting for refund, no one answering the phone.

Disgraceful customer service. Ordered goods over 2 weeks ago chased the order after 8 days no explanation just said they would issue refund within 24 hours. Over 2 weeks now and numerpus unanswered emails and still no refund. Don't buy off these people...Disgraceful!!

Leather cover 5* but advert stated that a screen cover was also included which was nowhere to be seen.

This is the second Leather Wallet case for I have ordered from Finest Bazaar for my i-phone, as with my original purchase truly delighted with the quality of the case. Compared with other on line Companies, Finest Bazaar deserve 5 stars for quality, cost and speed of service. VS

Did not deliver as promised on website. Did not answer my attempts to contact them for a week. When they did eventually respond they gave me a Royal Mail tracking number that was not recognised by Royal Mail. Unsurprisingly I have not received the ordered goods. Be aware of how this company appears to operate when ordering. I have requested a refund but strangely have not heard from them.

Purchased as advertised a bed with Mattress however you have to scroll down in a dropdown box to choose the actual bed with Mattress. Unbelievably misleading! Now I am left with just a bed frame!

I ordered two USB charging cables which I was lead to believe would be delivered the next day, it's been over a week now and nothing! Apart from the confirmation email I've had absolutely no information regarding delivery, and despite trying to contact the seller to no avail. Very disappointed

I ordered my phone case on Monday and got it in the post on Tuesday. Excellent service and a really good price. Would highly recommend.

I was disappointed at the size of the earrings. They look a lot thicker in the advert and a brighter silver. Also there is nothing to prove that they are actually sterling silver.
