Excellent product, arrived well packaged and far faster than the stated delivery time. Extremely good service and very pleased with the quality of the goods.

The item supplied was nothing like the pictures and description. “4 Filtered” face coverings were actually just two pieces of cotton stitched together. They replied for my initial request for a refund by asking for a photo then haven’t replied to any of my three emails since. They clearly just sell low quality items from China at inflated prices by falsely advertising the quality of the product.

I ordered a rather nice phone case. The delivery was fantastic. However it was too narrow for my phone, I thought it was the correct Samsung when U ordered it. I emailed to say it was not the correct one gave them my phone details in case they could replace it. I also said the phone still in its packaging was returned. That was 2 weeks ago and to date no refund and no contact from them. So disappointed.

I purchased a phone cover and gave them my make and model but still received the wrong item, 3 emails later I'm still waiting for my reply.

I ordered a mobile telephone case for my elderly father on 16th July 2020 and despite being told that the item was posted, it has still not arrived. The tracking number I was provided with states on the Royal Mail website that that there is no such reference, so it does not appear that the order was ever processed. I have emailed the company on two separate occasions to try and resolve this issue, but no one has replied and trying to make contact via a telephone call was not possible either. Long and short of it, if you are happy to pay for goods that you don’t receive then use them, otherwise avoid at all costs!

Delivery was swift, however this Genuine Leather iPhone case proved to be made from plastic with a tiny piece of swede stuck into the recess where the back of the phone sits. I have returned the case at my own expense but have heard nothing back regarding a refund. Unimpressed

Very disappointed we ordered 50 mask which came no problem. In the delivery was a offer re order 100 masks and get 100 free. We re ordered 100 masks which came the Free 100 never came.Sent a email asking where the 100 mask were no answer. This is not a company I want to do further business with very unhappy customer.
