I ordered a phone case for my iPhone 6 I waited weeks then emailed..no reply then rang “customer service” she said that the case I ordered was no longer available she requested screen shots of my order which I supplied then told me my money would be refunded I waited over a week then once again emailed…no response then I rang several times & no one answered I email a different contact then Amazon stepped in & said my refund was pending then I did recieve an email from FINEST BAZAAR saying that because I’d “CHANGED MY MIND”about the product they had decided to refund me!! I didn’t change my mind IT WAS THEY WHO NEVER DELIVERED THE BLOODY PRODUCT IN THE FIRST PLACE & IT WAS THEY WHO NEVER THOUGHT TO LET ME KNOW THE CASE WAS NEVER GONNA BE DELIVERED BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAD IT IN STOCK AND FINALLY IT WAS THEY WHO KEPT IGNORING MY EMAILS & PHONE CALLS UNTIL AMAZON STEPPED IN phew! I feel better for getting that off my chest & thank goodness for Amazon

Placed an order for 2 mobile cases, delivery was estimated was 5 days, they arrived 24 hours later. Fantastic service and a great product.

Zero customer service. I emailed several times requesting the necessary details to return an item and have so far been ignored.

I had ordered an item from them. While waiting to get the product, I ordered another one from another supplier with better price. Thus, when I got this one, I returned it without opening the box, 3 weeks ago. I still have NOT got my refund, nor any email reply from them to my emails. This is is very IRRESPONSIBLE and POOR customer service.

My recently purchased screen protector for my Huawei P20 Pro does not allow touch screen capability. It is the H4-016 tempered glass 9H. I have asked for an explanation,no response, asked for a refund, no response, tried to write to customer service, won't accept my Email address? Worst possible service with the exception that it was delivered!!

I found this company on eBay last year. This past June, I asked for replacement charging cords under the warranty period, and they claimed they shipped them out. I never got them. I did move, but the mailman would have put the package in my friend's mailbox if he had it. I believe it got stolen. I have continually messaged them asking to send them to my new address, I've been trying to get this done for weeks now, since 2 months have passed since they claimed they sent them out. Now they're ignoring my messages. They're deliberately doing this because the warranty expires soon. I just want what's rightfully mine with no hassles.

Ive just bought a beautiful iPhone case and I’m thrilled with it. It’s so pretty and looks exactly as it did on the site. I ordered on the 15th and it arrived on the 16th!! Excellent service.
