[update] I'm changing my rating from 2 to 5, all thanks to the support I got, once I was contacted by the Facebook team. Nobody answers emails, landlines, but the support I got on fb was spot on. Got my stuff quick, they are quality and the price was the best I found so far. Will re-order in the future. Bad experience with you guys. Was excited about the price, ordered 100pcs, but they never came. The phone on their website doesn't work and nobody answers the emails. The only answers I got from whoever manages the facebook page, when they asked me to review them on trust pilot. Apparently they needed proof of ID to process the order, which I found wierd, but they never told me that. Tomorrow its gonna be a week since I ordered the items and I have is no masks and no money. My advice, just use ebay, since you get buyer protection with PayPal. The only reason for 2 stars is because the Facebook people actually helped me in getting some answers.

Brilliant service could not fault them the masks are of good quality for the price paid and I ordered on Friday afternoon and received them Saturday morning you can't ask for much more than that

Finestbazaar is a terrible and dishonest website. I ordered protective face masks for next day delivery and it took 4 days to come. When I reached out to Finestbazaar to enquire about this, there was no response and so far I still haven’t had a response. Also, when the masks came they we’re terrible quality (foam cut out material) and ripped almost as soon as I took them out of the package. Save yourself money and do not use this website, shockingly bad service.

Ordered black reusable masks. I got what feels and looks like black foam cut out into a mask shaped which has a terrible chemical smell. Absolutely not what I expected and definitely not worth the money I paid. I contacted then for a return and heard nothing for a week then tried again and still no reply to my email further days later. Terrible experience and I'm out of pocket £24.99.

Bad experience. after paying I did not receive any parcels and I did not receive any reply to the information request emails.
