The customer service for this so called company is a joke they do not give tracking information with your item I have been waiting serval weeks for a package and yet to receive it its an absolute joke of a company wouldn't recommend anyone using this company for products

Ordered a phone cover from this company but unfortunately it was the wrong one. Emailed to ask if they would exchange and they agreed. I posted the one I received off yesterday and today the new one arrived!! This is excellent service from a company I have never dealt with before but will certainly be doing so in the future! Ordered a case for the iPhone 12 Pro, when it arrived the case was too big so I emailed them the same day, they replied and by next morning they’d shipped the actual size of case out and asked that I ship the wrong case back to them and they’d reimburse the cost of shipping. The case itself is amazing quality too. Well worth the purchase and it’s an exact replica is the genuine apple cases that have been released before.

So disappointed - on February 10th I received my iPhone cover and was very pleased with the quality, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I immediately sent an email apologising and asking if it could be exchanged. My email was answered within an hour telling me that as soon as they receive the the item with the order ID they will send a replacement. I have since tried to phone and sent emails without any contact. I am at a loss what to do next. I will not use this company again I believe there was a misunderstanding about my replacement iPhone cover. As soon as my review was posted I received an email with an apology and a replacement was posted to me immediately. Very happy with the result and will not hesitate to use this company in the future. .
Ordered a Samsung S10 screen protector from this company, described as fingerprint compatible. On receiving the item, I was immediately disappointed that I could not log into any of my apps using my fingerprint. Decided to take them up on their "what have you got to lose" guarantee, and sent the case back, which was received and signed for by them on the 7th Jan 2021. Still waiting for any response back from them. Also be aware that any bad reviews left on their website are read and hidden from public view. If I hear nothing within the next 14 days, I shall be contacting Birmingham Trading Standards. Avoid this company. ** UPDATE 25/02/2021 ** Money refunded within hours of this review being posted. Thanks James, but shouldn't really take this to get good customer service.
I made a mistake and ordered an iphone5 case when I needed an iPhone 6 but when I contacted finest bazaar they replaced it and I returned the iPhone 5 case, no quibble, no problem. Thank you. Very pleased
