I ordered a phone case but I was sent the wrong one.I have sent them numerous emails about this but I have been ignored. I sent the phone case back two weeks ago but I still haven't received a refund.

Excellent service arrived very quickly and in perfect condition

I ordered a replacement USB-C lead for my phone from Finestbazaar. The cable did arrive a day late (though that was probably more Royal Mail's fault due to the Coronavirus crisis), but the lead arrived well-packaged. Excellent price, and very good quality.

Very good service, quick delivery, good price

Great case but unfortunately not able to turn phone off,am waiting for reply from customer service,seems like it's going to be a long wait! It seems that after this bad review they still have not contacted me !pity I can't put a minus star on this ,have since purchased from Gadgetgear which gets 5 star minimum.

I bought a phone cover which spilt in two within 48hrs of use. I've contacted the company on a number of occasions requesting a refund but no one has responded.

I ordered i9TWS and I've received i7tws. Not impressed. They connect easily enough but seem to lose the Blutooth signal when I move my head or arms. Slightly more bulky than Apple originals ear pods but a great deal cheaper. I have bought some chea i9tws from somewhere else and they are better.

I was really impressed I wanted to get my daft son a good quality case so his i-phone would be protected. Ordered and received within a couple of days, exactly as described and exactly what was needed. Thank you very much for your prompt service.

Bought 2 of the 'breathable washable reusable face masks' from this site. The first mask broke within twenty seconds of me opening the packet, due to the poor quality material the straps are made from. All it took was a fairly weak pull on the strap and it snapped. As a result, I opened the other mask and used that. The fit was extremely baggy and required me to tie up the straps to make it tighter. After a couple of uses this mask also broke at the straps. Really poor quality and not what I expected after paying £9 for the 2 of them. DO NOT BUY THESE MASKS.

Ordered some face masks which I found were of terrible quality when they arrived. Straight away I emailed the customer service team asking how to return and obtain a refund. A few days later I still hadn’t heard, and I received an email to leave a review on their website which I did, stating the same as the previous email. I have still not had a really from either source almost 3 weeks later and yet have been asked to leave a review on trust pilot...

A little sceptical at first, as never heard of them or used them before. Ordered a leather case for an iphone 7 plus. It arrived within 3 days - with "Amazon" style communications in between. And it is real leather - exactly as advertised - and looks very stylish. Great value for money. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.

Ordered 5 face masks For myself and family late afternoon, the day before they became mandatory. The were delivered the next morning, fantastic service. Masks good quality reusable but most importantly breathable. Much better than the disposables I had previously been wearing. They have washed well, stayed in shape and haven’t fallen apart. Have since orders 5 more. Would recommend.

Arrived couple of days late. Otherwise very satisfied

The masks were delivered very quickly. The only reservation that I have is that the nose bands appear to be made of plastic not metal and do not bend to the contour of the face to form a snug fit as do metal bands.
