Awful service Ordered a glass screen for my Samsung s20 ultra - it arrived but the quality was rubbish. It doesn't recognised any of my fingerprints. I have emailed customer service at least 5 times and all they do is ignore my requests for a refund! Disgraceful service from this company

❗️AVOID ‼️ Do not buy from this seller! Bought face masks, supposed to be 4 layers with a nose clip, received two layers and very poor quality face masks. Have been offered a refund once the masks are sent back. Masks sent, have proof of postage but NO refund! All messages ignored! Reply to seller: thank you for your kind reply but too little too late, unfortunately I don’t believe that you will actually sort the problem out, even after going through PayPal, you failed to sort out the issue.

Wrong case sent. Not even close to the one I ordered.

Wrong case delivered twice. No response after second failure. Referred to paypal who were no use. Returned second case. No response . No refund. Just silence. Cant be bothered chasing again. I suggest you avoid using this supplier.

I paid £14.99 for a phone cover which arrived a few days after ordering. To be honest, for the money, it looks poor quality. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size - my error. I realised the mistake immediately after ordering, so emailed the company straight away to try and change it. No response. I have since emailed them to enable a return and exchange/refund, but there is still no reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone

DO NOT TRUST. I advise you to read the other reviews on here to back up what I'm saying. It's fine if you're happy with your order but if you have a problem and need to return it you will be ripped off despite them advertising supposedly 'free' returns. I ordered a phone case for my Huawei Mate 20 Lite. It didn't work at all, it didn't stay closed and so was unusable. I paid to post it back as per the instructions and I have now been waiting for three weeks for a refund. Phone and emails go unanswered. It was 13 pounds so not cheap. Very angry and unsatisfied.

This is the first time I have used this company I ordered a iPhone case from Finest Bazaar on the Wednesday 25th and it arrived today on the 26th. Very pleased with the case, very reasonable price and delivery was free. What more can you say. Excellent service, I would use them again and would recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a similar product

Item arrived very quickly after I ordered. The quality of the cover is very good. Fits like a glove and looks built to last a while. I like the red leather colour too! I would recommend these guys.

I ordered an iPad case & it didn’t fit so I sent it back, I’ve emailed 4 times now to ask about my refund & no one has replied 😞

Great product for the price

Brought a s10 it was cheap plastic & wouldn't shut therefore offered no protection at all. I wrote 2 email to complain and ask for my money back I just got ignored I returned the case and still no contact. Basically I got ripped off!!!

Ordered 2 smart view cases. 1xHuawei p-smart 1xHuawei 10 lite NEITHER case is correct and in fact they sent 2 of the same awful quality case in different colours. Both cases with horizontal camera apertures... both models listed have vertical camera apertures. Currently trying to return using their 'free' returns service...

Somewhat disappointed, doesn't appear to be leather, as advertised. Also does not compare to the original Samsung case. Cannot answer phone without opening cover. Also the false display when the cover is closed is not helpful.

Great communication, prompt delivery and good on price...
