Cameras work better than the brand I used before. If I had anything bad to say, it would be that sometimes the footage does not show up unless I restart my phone. That is annoying.

So far, I'm enjoying the product. (knock on wood) I hope that is can hold up to Hurricane force wind.
The solar panel for charging is not great. I have had to go out in the below freezing weather to take down and charge each camera. Works great except for the charging. I realize that in the winter the sun is not as strong, but still would think that the solar panels could be improved.
Wish I read some of these reviews before spending a lot to buy the 2 camera and ontrol box PLUS hundreds for installation.
I bought the X10 pro omni vacuum about 3 months ago. It is sturdily built And the tracking and mapping logic seems to work very well. So far it has been very good on our tiled and wooden floors. We have a dog and the vacuum copes well with his hair and debris. It also mops up his muddy footprints very well. We just set it to alternate between the main rooms every other night after we have gone to bed and wake to clean floors. We don't use it on the carpet floors upstairs so we can't comment on how effective it is on carpets. For maximum efficiency, I would recommend cleaning the filter regularly (it's a 2 minute job) and removing clutter from the floor otherwise the sensors will avoid those areas. Overall happy with my purchase.
Fast shipping and great products
DO NOT BUY EUFY. their customer service is a front that has no real ability to solve any of your issues. The product is sold as having AI technology that can identify residents so you don't receive notifications as you move a out your house but this doesn't work. I receive an average of 130+ notifications per day with about 10% of those being familiar faces that should be filtered out. Eufy even suggested I spend more money etc to upgrade my Homebase to rectify the issue (+$350) to no avail. The image quality is also poor. And the setup. Guide has most people captured only by the tops of their heads. The system says the AI should recognise physiques also to reduce notifications but to-date it's still asking me "is this human" not "is this Jane", for example. I have looked into consumer protection and will attempt to return my whole system to Bunnings.
Bad chinese products, lags, bugs, connection issues, slow app. 3x eufy solocam s220: keeps disconnecting, even with strong internet. Battery drainage of 25% / day even with minimum detections Keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Its disconnected more often than connected. 90/10 Stay away of these overpriced products.
The products were good quality, The customer service was quite good ( sometimes ) except letting the customer paying for the shipping for returning the merchandise back I found It’s not fair because the products are quite heavy so it costs as much as the price of a camera! I would suggest the company should offer the prepaid label for customers (like others companies do). Thank you for your consideration. I will be more happy to buy your product if you change your policies. thank you!
The battery life is a lot less than advertised
244 days of operation. Solar panel won't keep you going all year if you are in a climate where sun is not out daily. I have had to recharge already and the 365 day ownership is far from over. WHEN it works it is sort of good. The rest of the time, good look getting it to work. Can restart, can reboot, refresh and it will still not work fully as advertised. It will record events, but good luck seeing them. And getting a live feed, good luck with that too. In essence when it is working, it will record an event but you won't be able to view it. I got mine as a gift, so no $ loss on my part. But knowing what I know now, I would not pay for 1. The dependability of the product working is poor. The wired doorbell cam is better. As the power is obviously not dependent upon the sun. The live image works. The recordings work. The playback works. The notification you have had a visitor works. What it does badly is activates even when there is only fog particles or mist in the air. It is not recording the event, but the light comes on as if it is. Also, if you have a cool built in doorbell chime you love, you can kiss that goodbye in favor of using this product. As it won't allow you to utilize your in home door bell chime. Only way around that problem would be to have 2 door bell buttons. This one could just be for the cam part. But good luck with wiring up 2. And then expect your guests to utilize your in home doorbell so you can enjoy the cool chime. For free gifts they have enriched and annoyed my life. Which I would not pay for this personally.
Very easy installation - I had my first camera up and running very quickly with no complications. The camera is working as expected. I'll be adding additional outdoor cameras next and then 3 indoor cameras.
Support is very cryptic, hard to follow Provided instructions provided. Missing some of the basics for new user ie “Push the ‘phone’ button to speak”. S330 speaker quality is garbled to the point of non-usable.
I love that it has no subscription, easy to install and use.
Purchasing an item is easy. Finding an item is more difficult and all the package deals clutter up the website and make finding a single particular item difficult and confusing. The coupon and discounts are everywhere and do not always work. It’s also hard to tell when a coupon can actually be used but it seems most times only one discount can be applied. Details on items are often missing, inaccurate or confusing. I really think Eufy could benefit from simplifying the website and reducing the number of discounts and coupons. Just make the price better and stop with all the confusing discounts that don’t work.
Eufy will always get a five star rating from me. They customer service and the value for their product is incredible. I’ve never thought I needed a robot vacuum/mop but since I’ve had it, it’s has made cleaning my floors so much easier and convenient! I appreciate the suggestion they gave to make sure the item is in full service by offering replacement items to keep the product upkept.
