With very mixed emotions it is time to say goodbye. I have been involved since day 1 and I think I have owned every one of your items or close to it. I was invited to be a beta tester during a tech support call where the tech support person was so amazed at my knowledge of the products she said I asked questions that were the type of stuff the tech support people discussed between themselves but never heard from end users. Two Saturday nights ago my vehicle was stolen out of my driveway. While it is irrelevant the price of the vehicle was over $150,000 and the sad thing is the thief walked up and got in the car with 3 eufy cameras starring him in the face. Camera 1 was not recording because because I have been fighting an issue I can not figure out that tech support was stummped on also- says the network the cam is on conflicts so its motion recording was turned off. Camera 2 was my beta camera and was not recording motion because it does not record within the limits set so it sends non stop notifications 24/7 that drove me nuts. Camera 3 was an S340 that also does not record motion because it was zone 2 that was set to record but s340’s do not record default zones 1 and 2 just one. I am dying to know if the thief saw the cams and flipped them the bird as he walked up and got in and drove away or was he not even aware the three were there. The 2 were very well camaflouged and the one flood light one might have been mistaken for a plain flood light. I love the eufy products but they simply don’t work when you need them so therefore are a complete waste of time. On a positive note, no amazon packages are missing.

So far so good , i did have to changed the whole homebase set of 2 cameras with an update cameras set,all because one solar camera stop working so now seems to not all be connected together like I had it before I guess I forgot how to do it ,

Everything is working and had little issues setting up. Directions could be better but they work. Having to find a 15/64 drill bit for brick was not easy or quick. Time and the Florida heat during the summer will be the true test to see how long it will last.

I bought a replacement part, and they told me it would arrive in 8 days. It's been 15 days, and it still says the shipment is delayed. The unbelievable part is that it's been sitting at a USPS facility just 8 minutes from my house for almost 10 days. I don’t know if Eufy’s service is good, but if the delivery is bad, the whole experience is bad.

It is impossible to use points or EUFY gift cards that I have accumulated from past purchases. EuFY tells you can get these loyalty points to encourage you to buy and then does not let you use them.

Updated to 3 stars because after posting a review they followed through and resolved the issue. It should not have gotten to this and as the result my NO recommendation still stands. S340 purchased and the camera warranty was registered and receipt uploaded. Shortly after this I was getting an intermittent (every 1 to 2 day) issue with the solar panel being recognized. Error cleared upon reboot. I contacted support and was asked to provide the receipt even though it had been uploaded. I did this and proceeded to go through troubleshooting steps which involved getting on a ladder and going through many steps. Upon conclusion, the rep said they would send a replacement solar panel. I never heard from them again until yesterday (almost 2 months) when they wanted to close the support ticket and have me complete a survey. I explained the current status and the new rep wants to start over from the beginning and asked for my receipt. I escalated the case to management and was told there is no record. Keep in mind, they followed up with me! He also wants to start over. My opinion is that you are rolling the dice when going with Eufy. If you have a problem outside the store return period you should expect zero support,nothing but lip service, and a complete waste of your time.

Pros: so easy to send the robot cleaning! Does an adequate job with long dog hair. (What it doesn’t pick up is rolled into an easy-to-pick-up clump. Love that it empties its own dust bin into a bag system and its own dirty water. It’s fairly quiet. Bonus: we are motivated to keep the floor picked up. Cons: cannot mop on a different floor of the house than the base station. The app had a learning curve for me. I had to remake my maps several times. But now I’m up and running and have gotten the habit of picking up cords. Only reason for 1 star off is that it won’t mop on an alternate floor of the house.

Ordered on New Year’s Eve directly from eufy. The product arrived a few days after. Tracking on point. Documentation was an easy read, the installation and integration with the eufy app and adding the Alexa skill was just as simple. Great purchase, will definitely by other eufy products and integrating it Homebase 3.

Mixed feelings our P1 has been having issues with the App after a few years. Scale works fine. Eufy couldn’t resolve our issue so we were forced to buy another scale. We bought a P3 and it’s a nice scale but we shouldn’t have had to buy it in the first place. Eufy did send us a discount coupon.

The eufy website was super easy to navigate. My robot vacuum came very quickly all packaged nicely and works fantastic. I've recommended this brand to many!

Website is easy to navigate. Prices for replacement parts are reasonable and delivery of parts was fast.
