I have over 10 camers and a few different models both electric and solar powered, they work great and I am very satisfied on their performance.

Sold a base and camera combo when the base was out of stock and you have no eta of more so my cameras are useless until I get the base which will be god knows when. I was never told anything. I had to contact your service department to get this information.

Poor communication on equipment arrival. Some were missing from the first shipment, and nothing was telling me why or when the rest would come till after several communications with the support that went on for days before an answer came. Great product, poor customer service.

The part i ordered is the exact part I needed. I simply searched for it, ordered it, which was not expensive at all, it was shipped in a reasonable amount of time and it arrived when it was supposed to. Thank you for being what I needed.

My only complaint is that when the E220 is placed on a table, it doesn't point downward enough to catch pets up close. Other than that, they are great cameras.

The Custumer service was the worse I event have experience they have no interest in helping with problem I had when I have call plus the item had use for about 2 years and it went down start with the WiFi problem I try to get help but they have been showing me actitud and not helpful me when I have them a phone call it's so sad I regret buying eufy items

I replaced my Robo Vac 30 with a Robo Vac 11C. They are the exact same except the new one (11c) does not have the sensors to use the barrier tape. I’ll miss that feature.

Order Never Arrived – Poor Customer Service” I placed an order with Eufy (Order Number: 1LSCYBZ0005ZY17) and was excited to receive my product. However, it has been stuck in Los Angeles since January 6, with no updates or resolution from customer service. To make matters worse, Eufy requested a product review—even though I never received it! Despite reaching out, I still have no clear answer on where my package is or when I can expect it. I expected better service from a reputable company. At this point, I either need a refund or a replacement, but communication has been slow and frustrating. I cannot recommend purchasing from Eufy unless their shipping and customer support improve.
