Took a long time to ship/receive the doorbell mini chime The set up instructions are not clear or intuitive
well the kit I bought for my 11S eufy came with sweep brushes , bar brush, and paper filters. in the heading it specified that these should fit my 11 S but to my surprise the filters are supposed to be encased in a blue plastic frame these did not. now i'm saddled with a product I need but doesn't fit the 11S Unit I have. trying to deal with your online chat, AI, OR WHAT EVER YOU USE FOR COMMUNICATIONS has been a nightmare experience with no direct communication to handle my problem. I could just reorder the correct filters with frames and be done with it but the information listed online was incorrect. so needless to say not a pleasant experience thus far

I recently purchased the Eufy S330 security cameras along with the Homebase, and my experience has been a mix of positives and challenges. Positives: The purchase and delivery process went smoothly, and everything arrived as promised. Both the Homebase and the cameras have a solid, well-built feel, which inspires confidence in their durability. Setting up the system was a breeze—the instructions were clear, and the initial configuration went off without a hitch. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, the experience took a downturn when it came to wall mounting the cameras. The process described in the manual seemed straightforward, but I encountered issues with the cameras drooping within a few hours after mounting them. Despite tightening the mounts, the problem persisted, which was frustrating. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but I’m still waiting for a response. I’m hopeful their team can provide a solution to address the mounting issue. Conclusion: Overall, the system shows promise, and the cameras themselves seem high-quality. However, the mounting design needs improvement, and a faster response from customer service would make the experience more seamless. I’ll update my review once I receive support and can fully evaluate the system’s performance.
I am out $200 and have no doorbell camera. Why is my warranty claim taking so long? This should not be my problem that your product doesn’t work. I am running thin on patience. Why are you not simply sending me a new doorbell? This one only worked for 10-days. I have spent over 14 hours on the phone with both eufy technical support and my internet service provider AT&T. Both are stumped and blame each other. Why is this my problem? Please send me a new one asap or I am going to have to pursue legal, BBB, and social media avenues.
I bought a 11s 2years ago and love the vacuum but it didn't map, so I purchased the X8 pro SES but had issues with it dumping into the bag and never used the mop feature. I now own an L60 and love it. It is quiet and cleans the carpets and floors very well.
It did what it said it would do without any surprises.
Eufy is the bargain basement model robot vacuum. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of its high priced competitors. But it doesn’t have the high price tag. You have to manually turn it on at the unit or with its remote control. You must manually dump the collected dirt and dust when vacuuming is complete. But Eufy does a great job of vacuuming, especially the edges of a room. Eufy fits under couches and chairs that its competitors can’t. Replacement parts are cheap and easily changed out by anyone! You can spend a lot more money on another robot vacuum but it won’t get your floor/carpet any cleaner.
Great product. Love the fact that it is subscription-less! That is huge and the way you do it works very well.
It’s great… but does start spitting out garbage when it’s full. Not the best thing. Wish it would just stop and alert me that it’s full. Instead of spitting out and making a mess again. Overall I like it. For the price it’s good.
Great camera's for the price. My only complaint is the response time for notifications.
Easy set up.
The product we purchased seems to work very well, we have only used it less than a month however.
The Eufy robovac would not turn on no matter how many times it was charged or how many times we pressed the start button. And the returns department feels like I am being put through a gauntlet of required photos and information! They have emailed me 5 times already, the last email today pretty much demands I take a video this time. Oh my Lord, how gruesome. For the third time I have to take it all out of the box AGAIN and take a video. OR I have to pay the $100 shipping charge to mail the faulty item back to them. I will never buy from EUFY again no matter what.
