Easy to setup and use.
Ordered 4x gift cards totalling £915 all trough app but now they are telling me the app and the web portal is not integrated and for some reason the highest value gift card (£650) only work on portal. I wanted to swap 2x wireless security cam to wired ones as the current one don't do 24x7 recording. As they are more expensive so I have to use 2 cards which I got but 1 only work on portal and one on app???? Since start of Dec 24 customer service trying (they say so) resolve this but after a month I'm getting no where. They refuse to log a complaint, their customer service team on phone and chat don't have access to anything and its waste of time to get any info other than technical issues. I requested to process the return of all products and full refund on 26/12/24 but its still not processed after 3 weeks. Their response time for emails are 1 reply a day if you get any. I have already started Small Claim in court due to their lack of reply. Never buying anything from them. Update 21/01/25: Thank you for the reply but you must be joking by asking to email Support. From Support the Customer Support Manager - Shane advised on 15/01/25 that I will get a resolution with in 2-3 days but guess what no update yet and don't even bothered to send a apology email for the delay.
Als ich 2021 die ersten Cams der Firma Eufy kaufte, war ich noch recht zuversichtlich, denn die Aufnahmen der Cams waren qualitativ sehr gut. Was ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht wusste ist, dass das Thema Sicherheit bei dem alten System Homebase2/ Eufy Cam 2c Pro und auch beim neuen System Homebase 3/ eufyCam S300 3C sehr klein gehalten wird. Passiert ist, dass unser WLan trotz sehr langem Passwort mehrfach gehackt wurde. Die Kamerasysteme waren für den Eindringling eher ein Witz, als eine ernsthafte Aufgabe die Sicherheitsmechanismenen auszuhebeln. Soweit, so schlimm! Was ich aber gar nicht nachvollziehen kann ist, dass Eufy/ Anker versucht alles kleinzureden (obwohl man versucht konstruktiv an die Sache heranzugehen ohne einen Tobsuchtsanfall zu bekommen) und bei Aufforderung an Eufy die lächerlichen 20 Stellen bei der Passworteingabe deutlich zu erhöhen (nach heutigem Standard wären mehr als 70 Zeichen angebracht). Statt dessen lamentieren die herum und beweihräuchern sich selbst, wie sicher ihr System doch ist. Die Damen und Herren (Bots oder nicht), schwafeln permanent herum, dass es ihnen ja so leid tut, so eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht zu haben, getan wird selbstverständlich nichts. Zu dem Zeitpunkt des ersten Hacks hatte ich 3 Homebases2 und eine Homebase3 am Start und streckenweise bis 18 Cams angeschlossen. Ich bin stinksauer auf mich, soviel Kohle für diesen Eufydreck ausgegeben zu haben. Selbst wenn eufy die Chance hat, einige zu verbessern und anzupassen, sie tun es nicht! Also liebe Firma Eufy, ich kann mich selbst bemitleiden, dazu brauche ich euch nicht. Also quatscht mich bitte hier nicht zu! Des weiteren hat eufy security ein massives Einlogproblem. E-Mail eingeben, PW eingeben, enter, dann Land auswählen und dann gehts zurück auf die Loginseite, wo man einen Code eingeben soll, der ausschließt ein Bot zu sein. Code eingegeben, 1x Falsch, 2x Falsch, 3 mal Falsch, 4 mal Falsch und ein 5tes mal Falsch! Danach kommt dann die Meldung, dass man das PW 5 x falsch eingegeben und man nun 5min warten müsse. Nach 5 min erneute Eingabe voller Hoffnung.... nun erzählt mir das System, dass entweder die E-Mailadresse oder das PW falsch sei. Das sind dann so die Momente, wo ich kurz vorm überschnappen bin und mir der Erfinder des Systems besser nicht über den Weg laufen sollte. Eufy bekommt also für Ihr Camerasystem und der mangelhaften Sicherheit keine 5 Sterne, sondern 5 Totenköpfe. In der Anfangszeit 2021-2023 hat das System zumindes halbwegs vernünftig funktioniert. The cameras came with clear instructions, they were easy to install, and the camera images are excellent both day and night.
I rate their security system items a 5 star but their robot vacuum is horrible. I gets lost daily, ends up down the stairs, and doesn’t always pick up debris. This is regardless if the brushes are complete clean and so is the filter. I have 2 dogs and I usually have to vacuum after this one to get all the hair out of the carpet and yet the eufy dust bin isn’t even half full.
I've trusted eufy for years. My only delay in purchasing again is cost. One has to pay more for grest quality.
The unit is great, but your “user guide” is only an installation guide. There are a number of features about the unit for which there is no explanation. Even if it was just available electronically, a true user guide or operating manual would be very helpful.
It's the best solar power camera's no problems with them at all!
The S3 pro camera is incredible. With the whole system it represents a great product.
I have 4 solar cameras (more than a year and half) and one wireless doorbell ( 3 months), all connected to base with 1 tr memory. Was very easy to install and connect. Base went off after almost a year, but customer service replacement with new one, and I returned broken. Didn’t have problems before and after, could have happened with any device. Doorbell battery doesn’t last more than 1 month, since I want it record from beginning of the movement, not only when rings. There option to wire it, will see. Otherwise I highly recommend this system, works fine, no need to wire cameras to base. Huge plus no monthly fee. App easy to use.
Web site was easy to navigate. They were having a really good sale. Their cameras have a lot of great features and are incredibly easy to setup.

The tiny unlock symbol appears before the video will play. It is smack dab in the middle of the video where it blocks the view of most of my videos. Can you change it to appear in a corner, or not at all? Other than that, it is a good doorbell camera.
The item was delivered within a few days.
I ended up having to submit a claim since the original order was misdelivered and then stolen. The claim was easy to submit and processing was super fast and I had my replacement by the end of the week
It is accurate on who is coming in and out of the Nut House and up and down the driveway
Overall I'm satisfied with the S3 Pro camera system. The UI needs some work in terms of precise info provided (e.g. external storage utilized) and operational stability (e.g. cameras regularly going offline). Otherwise the product including the homebase has been really good for my home.
You can stop using lasership to ship your products for starters..That’s one of the main reasons I won’t ever buy from the eufy website ever again..instead I’ll buy eufy from AMAZON.. Here’s my first point the fact that I ordered my products almost 2 to 3 weeks ago and only received two of the products. I’m still waiting on the third with Amazon. I ordered 4 cameras and guess one was delivered same day one was delivered overnight and the rest was delivered a day later..I’m still waiting to receive the rest of my order from eufy and it’s going 3 weeks..So you tell me what’s wrong with just that problem..Considering the hub is the main component of this system since it has the bionic ai component which I think will help the cameras work better with the ai than they do without the hub.. thankfully I was smart enough to build a system that can stand alone from the hub but it’s still a major component I think when it comes to helping identify things and having the extra storage for high traffic areas..But it’s the last item to ship..Also when you’re trying to switch over from one camera system to another brand camera system and the new brand wants to take forever in a day to get you the products it leaves a bad taste in your mouth and a bad impression..I do like the cameras and eufy..But I do not have time to worry about if lasership will get me my stuff or steal it all togather(yes there have been reports of theft from the local lasership)THIEVES AND COMPANIES that hires them tend to not be good business partner just my opinion...The new cameras have been up for 3 days and have outperformed my old Arlo..That’s about the only positive from this whole experience..My advice stick to major shipping carriers mainly ups and FedEx..until I know for sure lasership isn’t handling my products I’ll keep ordering my cameras and the new vacuum from AMAZON..
The camera has only been up for a day. I find the software “challenging” to navigate. Would be more user friendly to have a “manual” pdf available online. The physical install to an existing electrical box went easily. I also installed the Homebase 3. If doing so connect it to your device before mounting the device. The “Manage Home” screen, final screen has a red “REMOVE HOME” note at the bottom, be careful - touched it by accident and lost the connection to my camera. Had to take it down to reconnect with it.
