The best vacuum. I’ve had an iRobot. I own a Dreame and a Eureka. Hands down, the best vacuum. I live out in the county with 6 dogs. Eufy helps me!

I bought an X10 Pro Omni and supplements during Black Friday sale. I also activated Rakuten cashback and even took a screenshot to evident the whole process. However, according to Rakuten, Eufy does not validate my purchase so I cannot get the cashback I deserved, which is ridiculous and disappointing. Never trust a Chinese company again.

I like that the cameras pan and are clear. I'm disappointed that it misses important events and it is causing extensive drain on my battery. Is there away to shut off the push notifications?

I was using one product to mop the floors and another product to vacuum the floors, and I had to clean both devices afterwards and empty everything out of them and it was just a mess. Enter Eufy which does both with no muss and no fuss. My floors have never been so clean nor have they ever looked so good. The spinning mopheads really give it a great shine. I have been using this machine for several months now and have not yet needed to dispose of the dust collection bag. When I do, all I have to do is open the canister and take the bag out and dispose of it. Never again will these hands have to touch that nasty debris and dog hair that is sucked up. LOVE MY EUFY!

Item arrived cracked. Reached out for a replacement but they won’t ship a replacement until they received the damaged one back. It’s going on over 3 weeks since I initially ordered and still don’t have the item I ordered. Terrible customer service.

I bought a new EUFY 12/2/2024 And it is. Not working as of 12/14/2024 I try numerous time but can get to talk in person with EUFY, But they keep sending emails for information I work for a living I don’t have time to babysit the emails I just need a new replacement

I purchased our Eufy X8 Pro through my company’s rewards (points) program. Initially, I was impressed with the easy setup and first time mapping. However, after a few dozen cleanings, we have noticed that it never cleans the entire first floor of our average sized home before the “Battery Low” message is announced and it returns to the base for charging. For the floor surfaces that it does clean, it does a decent job. I’m not sure if this model has had battery issues, but it is very disappointing that it cannot get the job done.

Mijn homebase 2 werkt niet meer naar behoren na de laatste update van Eufy. De homebase blijft resetten en de ondersteuning van Eufy is volkomen waardeloos. Garantie termijn verlopen, jammer pech ook al ligt de schuld duidelijk bij Eufy, voor de update alles ok, na de update stuk. NOOIT MEER EUFY.

Wij hadden meerdere eufy camera's en de deurbel. Alles gaat maximaal 1,5 jaar mee. Uiteindelijk ben je dus net zo duur uit als vergelijkbare producten met abonnement.

Received incorrect replacement parts. Return and refund extremely difficult. Need to supply everything but your first borns birth certificate. Photos of package, photo of SKU, photo of item received, photo of carrier package it was delivered in with that includes your name and address. This information. They fulfilled and shipped the order.

The Homebase 3 (S380) works great with the AI stitching of videos from different cameras. I appreciate the option to add a hard drive for extra storage. The new S340 cameras and their solar panels have been a disappointment though. Their tracking is great but the tiny solar panels cannot keep up with the amount of activity we have on our street. We have to bring the cameras inside once every 7-10 days to charge up. We constantly get errors from the cameras saying that the solar panel is not connected but everything is fine when we check it out. We are going to have to run power to all 4 cameras at this rate, or put our old ones back up.

I do not like the camera alarm. It seems difficult to permanently turn it off. There should be an option when setting up the schedule to arm or disarm it from within the scheduling set up

I like the robovacs. I have accumulated 4 of them, most recently 2 self emptying station types (model X8). I also have a G30 (2022) and an 11S (2020). They work well and do most of what I need. Software, though, is terrible. They push these firmware updates that mess up the system and it's so frustrating. So, one day it works fine on black carpet and then the next day it stops. Currently, I can't get one of the robovacs to map my upstairs, and I'm sure it was another defective firmware update. Their service is TERRIBLE. I recently bought a new battery for my 11S, and they are giving me SUCH a hard time with the diagnostics. The Eufy shows a solid red light with the new battery (but not the older one). This happened three times, and it strongly suggests a defective battery. I followed all their steps and they keep coming up with some BS request. They've asked for the bill of sale three times, and I bought it from Eufy!!!! It's ridiculous. I called during their open hours, and no one was there. So I'm about to write off my defective battery because it's just too difficult to deal with them. I also don't plan to buy any more Eufys at this time. I think I need to move on, and there are plenty of other robovacs out there.

The best part is a product that does exactly what it says it does. The clarity of the picture and the ease of use is phenomenal. Two of these cameras placed on opposite sides of the house, and you can keep track of your whole property. This company has taken its time to make sure the product works so that it does not disappoint. Having just one of these on the back of my house, I am able to to keep track of my garage and the woods to view Wildlife... Would be cool to have a trail camera that would work in a range of 500 feet. Have 2 pan & tilt cam's inside the house and virtually watches my whole home. Would love to get in on new products from you guys.
