Paula, was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and offer me different options to better my business. The only thing I would say is I have emailed the support email address and never got a response. Maybe this should be looked in to?

Appalling customer service My company has set rules to pay suppliers and the ereceptionist is point blank refusing to fill in 1 single form so that the central finance department can enter them on our system to get paid. Our account was cancelled without notification, I called and the account got reinstalled but I am now at an impasse in terms of paying them. I have called an emailed many different contacts but no success in setting them up on our system so that they can be paid. Staff have been rude on the phone and issues to be solved are not being escalated to senior members of staff it seems, as no one is answering my emails. If the customer service sees this feedback i would very much like to work together to work through the issues. Many thanks

A bit of a rough start, but I can clearly understand that these folks want me to successfully get along the learning curve and really use the service. After using a couple of other services I truly appreciate how the control panel is lay-out and the clarity of the instructions.

Deceptive Very difficult to find the full list of rates on their website. Basic package offers 350 minutes, but when you look closer, its not the 6 hours you think, its less than an hour and a half to divert to a mobile. if i had a landline to divert to i would just use than instead of renting a number. additionally, when you hang up on an incoming call, it continues to ring and the notification says 'they're on another call', and there's no way to get it to go straight to voicemail. Mobile phone operators can set up different voicemail greetings for different types of 'hang ups' which this system doesn't seem to support. A difficult system to amend, and it seems they're being deceptive in their pricing, while 'technically' having all the information there if you can find it. There's probably a better, more economical and honest provider, keep looking.
