Problems with the system set up, the system failed to work meaning we have lost calls. Customer adviser dropped call intentionally and was not helpful.

A load of rubbish. I've never used it because the webpages were so bad and the phone set up was even worse. I cancelled straight away and just realised they have been taking money out of my account for the past few months. So not trust them do not use them. They are the worst company going!
