Only just started using this but already seems to fit the bill for what we need. Once used to the dashboard it's quite straightforward to get set up and we already have more flexibility than we had before. There was an issue with the system today which was quickly fixed and the customer service team very helpful on the phone.

My payment didn't automatically go through for some reason, but it was resolved with eReceptionist easily. Good customer service, my call was answered very quickly, and payment made within 5 minutes. So far so good, been using for a few weeks now and very good and reliable. I had one issue when logging in, but was user error on my part but when i called up the staff were so helpful and got it sorted right away for me.
