The service is excellent. Especially the Virtual receptionist that works as advertised. But the support needs to be improved as they can take 24 to 48 hours to respond. In nutshell a good service.
Possibly the worst phone company I've ever dealt with. Firstly, their app never worked. No-one helped despite numerous attempts to solve the issues, about 6 months passed by of them 'fixing' the problem using manual methods (which also didn't work). I decided to port my number away to another provider and e-receptionist ignored the request and communications from myself and the new provider so it took over 6 months to port the number away, bear in mind I was still being charged the normal monthly fee so I didn't lose the number. Once ported, I closed the account and still get invoiced and charged twice more. I was then told that the account is now closed (as if it wasnt before...) and that I was not entitled to any refund, despite not even having a phone number with them. Awful service, support and cost of hundreds of pounds for a service that did not work and many thousands in lost business. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
