I am using this system since 2012 and I am so satisfied that I've decided to setup eReceptionist for our new company. the only reason I gave 4 stars is a small hassle when you are setting up all greeting online.

Simple to set up, good value and very useful straight forward console.

Great customer service. It’s good options and controls available, the only downside is there’s always a little delay or lag on the line talking when having a conversation, it’s a bit like watching the news when the news desk is talking to the USA correspondent, there’s a second or two before the one person heard the other and viseversa

We badly needed a virtual landline number for our new business and came across eReceptionist. From our first enquiry, the customer service team have been EXCELLENT. Knowledgeable and helpful at all times; from helping us adjust account settings to providing free trials of the service. Most recently I spoke to John who helped us adjust our call plan effortlessly. I'd really recommend them!

Excellent service. Initially I was stuck trying to get everything set up but the I spoke to was very helpful, patient and polite. He got everything set up and even tested it while I was on the phone
