The service itself is basic, and OK enough. The self-service platform looks and feels rather old, and is not intuitive. The whole thing needs a makeover. The real problem comes if you ever want to leave. I always think an online service that doesn't allow you to cancel online is pretty despicable as they know that making a call to cancel is a hurdle that many will not bother with. When I made the call it took nearly 20 minutes to cancel, with the agent reading from various upsell scripts despite me asking them not to. They also cancel with immediate effect but give no pro-rata refund for time not used. If you can find a similar service elsewhere (especially one that allows cancellation from within your online account) then I recommend you go with that one.
