I think this is an excellent service. I took the test drive for a month and found everything worked as advertised and the support staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, at this time, I have decided not to carry on using eReceptionist because I did not make enough use of the service to warrant the monthly cost to my business. Les personnes qui travaillent à la maintenance sont très aimables, patientes et bien à l'écoute.La rapidité de leurs réponses quant aux problèmes rencontrés sont aussi efficientes. Merci - Point à améliorer toutefois,: c'est lorsqu'il y a un problème de connexion avec Ereceptionnist (téléphone) m'empêche toute communication. La reconnexion est encore trop longue à mon goût car sans le téléphone, je ne peux travailler.
