Couldn't even set up my call diverts and customer service representative had no clue what she was talking about.Called and was put on hold forever until I have up.cancelled service after 24hrs

So far, so good. Quick and straight forward set up - all working as described / expected. 4* as only just started using the service (a few months more of positive user experience it will be 5*).

Lia was excellent. I had initially set everything up by myself and went for a freephone number which was the incorrect thing to do. When I phoned in with my query, I got through to Lia. She was very friendly and helpful. She listened to my problem and was able to solve my issue in a few minutes. She set me up with a new, easier to remember and more user friendly local number which looks and works better for what I wanted. She solved my issue efficiently, left a message to say what she had done, and also sent an e mail. I felt I got a very good first impression of e receptionist thanks to Lia.

Unexpected painful experience. They are very much confusing support system. Their support number and support email unreachable. Billing support terrible. Email:billing I never can send email from my Gmail account. every time failed. The worst thing is the account cancel. no option to cancel an account. I requested to cancel my account but after a month they made bill from my card. I never use service but they took my money. maybe I have to change my card, otherwise, they will make bill every month from my card.

Terrible company and experience. Ordered one number and single service, received one email confirming the account and the billing amount. After a short period i cancelled the service and yet despite several emails confirming i had cancelled the service they were still trying to bill me. Turns out they have set-up 4 additional accounts i haven't asked for or received confirmation that they existed and they have been billing our company credit card an additional £1103 over the last 2 years. We have sent several emails trying to cancel the other accounts i haven't ordered but just get ignored and still they keep sending payment requests. We will be starting legal action against them if they don't stop soon. Also they never answer the phone so you can't speak to them!

Customer support is excellent. It was so simple to set up and worked immediately.

I could not believe how quickly I was up and running. Without a word of exaggeration it was under 10 minutes! As far as using the services I am starting slowly and so far so good. For me at this stage it could not be better

Set up agents are to be nice very poor. I am hugely disappointed with this company as this is a service I would of loved to work. They have asked for my documents which I have emailed ..... twice. I even emailed asking to confirm receipt which was just ignored ... again twice. Terrible terrible terrible set up process. Only reason I have not gave it 1 star is that if their staff were better trained they could be a decent company.

very bad finacing conditions...easy to subscribe and pay per internet...impossible to cancel !!!
