Amazing products and amazing customer service

Awesome bikes with great geometry and spec. Inspires confidence on steep trails, plus playful geo means he can't stop trying to manual and launch off whatever he can find. Belter Trail 16 and now Seeker 20 have meant he's shown rapid progression and, most importantly, a real passion for riding. Customer support has been amazing - rapid and personal responses on bikes, tech support, spares, you name it. Great company.

Excellent service! I placed an order and then suddenly realised I had potentially ordered the wrong size of inner tube. I dropped them an email and a lovely, understanding and knowledgeable lady phoned me the next morning. She cancelled my original order and authorised my new order with no problems. The correct inner tube arrived two days later. Very impressive!

Unbelievably quick response to questions. Answered everything completely & promptly. I had put a pre-order in for the bike & it was shipped so quickly I received it in less than week from when it arrived in the factory. It is a beautiful bike - unbelievably cute (12" Charger) - so much more substantial than other balance bikes - well worth the extra $. My great nephew loves it - he's 15.5 months old & can't wait to put on his helmet & go play with his bike!

Order arrived very quickly! We ordered the new pedals for my toddler's bike, as his feet were slipping off the pedals a lot (not an ER bike). These pedals are brilliant. Great quality, easy to fit and most importantly, my son's feet stayed on his pedals! 5 stars. We just would love the pedals in yellow now!!

My 8 year old daughter has had 12 inch strider, 14 inch strider, 16 inch Belter, 20-inch Belter and now the 24 in Hellion. Her little brother is following her through the lineup and I have always been blown away by how great Early Rider bikes are. Lighter than anything else out there and incredibly capable. Best Kids bikes on the market.

Really pleased with the Charger for our two year old. Made a mistake within the original order, no fuss they just corrected it for me. Order placed late on Wednesday, received on Monday. Really easy to do the assembly part and little one is obsessed with it! He got to grips with riding it straight away and can’t wait to get out and about with it. Very happy, and would recommend.
