Customer service was excellent but big problem with the duty - I’m living in Ireland and the spare parts I bought cost €120 (punchy enough with the exchange rate) but on top of that’s was a further €37 in Duty !! Crazy stuff - won’t be buying from the UK again - crazy stuff - there must be better options in Europe - early rider should set up an operation in Ireland - would be happy to help
Despite the bike being out of stock due to a surge in demand, I pre-ordered based on an estimated delivery time. Communication was excellent (and personalised) throughout and the bike has arrived at the time it was scheduled to - excellent customer care and I am now looking forward to getting the little one riding! Thank you!
Spare parts needed for a belter 16. Beccy had a look at some pics and gave really good advice on what was required. Order placed the same day and parts arrive a week before they were promised. Brilliant service

Excellent advice and a rapid response to email. Identified the bike model variation from photos, supplied pedals and provided help on where to get bearings.
The bike (a Belter 24) is excellent. Our grandson loves it. And the Customer Service from ER is immediate and feels personalised. Nothing was too much trouble for Beccy. (We paid for the bike in February but wanted it delivered in late March for our grandson’s 9th birthday) We couldn’t recommend this company or these bikes highly enough. The bikes are expensive but worth it.
Ordered a Big Foot 12 for my sons birthday. Due to brexit and covid the docking of the ship was delayed multiple times. Completely outside the control of Early Rider. The customer service was absolutely brilliant. They kept me up to date and pushed the bike through the workshop and delivered as quickly as possible to be in time for his birthday. Couldn't rate them highly enough.
Benchmark in Customer Support The hanger on our Early Rider Seeker was bent after our boy had some impact- so far so normal for every Mountain Biker... I was searching the Internet to find a supplier for a replacement but would have been better to contact early rider, namely Beccy, straight away: Answer within one our, able to provide details, and providing shipment straight away in their Shop: Sent a link i just had do approve and buy! Never saw that before- WOW!
One of the best customer experiences of any company. They know their product inside-out, they understand their customers needs and deliver every time. Can’t fault them at all! Always a pleasure to speak with them about any issue or new parts required due to wear and tear. My son loves his bike and I love the service. Looking forward to our next bike from Early Rider!

Purchased a balance bike 3 years ago and it did a great job, ordered a small part from the website for boy number 2 who will be ready for it in a couple of months and it arrived in a couple of days. Lovely bike, well made and I can now vouch for their helpful customer services.
