Early Rider could not have been more helpful, they truly are an example of outstanding customer service. Responding to emails almost immediately, including at weekends, to help me decide the correct size of bike for my son, always going the extra mile with the service they provide. On top of that the bike is fantastic! It’s a lovely looking thing and is great quality. My son was riding it within a few minutes having only used a balance bike before. I cannot rate early rider high enough!
Had to order a new pair of graps for my Grandsons Seeker 20. What great quailty for £10 and so easy to fit. The cycle may not be the cheapest on the market but it's the best. thank you Early Rider
Das Velo wurde schnell in die Schweiz geliefert sehr gut. Der gute Qualität aber die Bremsen und das haben wurden am Lenkrad falsch montiert sehr sehr schlechte Arbeit! Wenn Sie das lesen sollten dann bitte ich sie drauf zu reagieren!!!
Incredible bike!!! Our daughter learned so quickly because of the positioning of the bike and how smooth it is! Just know that if you don’t live in the UK you’ll need to know how to switch the hand breaks (or take it somewhere that can - my husband did it easily) because the right hand break controls the front. You’ll want your little one to learn the proper sides depending on where you live :) Couldn’t recommend this bike enough!
Couldn't be happier with the service received. Ordered on the Monday evening and arrived by the Wednesday. Our 2 year old daughter loves the bike Big foot 12" and has managed to use it with ease. The over steer stop is excellent and works really well something a lot of other manufacturers have overlooked for this age group. Only regret is we didn't purchase one for our son when he was this age.

Communication was excellent and delivered very quickly. Couldn’t ask for any more, the service was excellent and my son is over the moon with his new ride!
I ordered my son a Seeker 20, which was an upgrade to his Belter 16. Ordering was easy, and the delivery time was super fast. The bike assembled quickly, and my son was on the bike with minutes having the time of his life. This is my son's third Early Rider bike, and we love the build quality and craftsmanship. I'm betting we will be ordering another bike when my son outgrows this one.

So in the bicycle world you definitely get what you pay for, iv paid top money for kids bikes in the past and have been fairly disappointed with spec and build. Early rider put everything in to there bikes, even the balance bike is a solid bike. You can see where your money has gone. Hands down the best kids bikes on the market. Early rider keep doing your thing 😎
Great bikes and amazing customer service! This is the second Early Rider bike I have bought, they are light and well made from premium bike parts. My 5.5 year old was very pleased with her Belter 20", it is definitely a unisex bike that gets a lot of attention from her friends and their parents. Customer support were very helpful in getting the bike to me quickly and eBay shows they hold their value well. Excellent product, excellent buying expereince!
