What a great service and super helpful support. I contacted Beccy for some help with a replacement part and she went far beyond my expectation in helping us out. We were up and running again within 3 days. Early rider bikes are so great, both my children have one and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality bike.

i used the live chat facility and got through to chad, he was super helpful in providing the advice i needed to make a decision. when i got through to customer services (i think the lady's name was emma), she was also very helpful and made ordering the bike feel like a personal service which is rare these days. the bike even arrived with 3 days. happy customer, i'll be back in a couple of years.

Super fast delivery and great communication. The bike itself is a thing of beauty and a step up in quality over the likes of frog and Isla bikes. A "proper" trail bike for kids. If you're wondering if it's worth the significant cost you needn't. If you want your tike to progress and develop good bike handling skills, these bikes will give them their best chance. Also, kids bikes in general fetch good money when they outgrow them. I expect to recoup a fair chunk of my investment through good care and maintenance.

Hellion 24 The bike is beautiful, a real peice of craftwork, my Daughter absolutely loves it and so do I. 10% off for NHS/emergency workers help seal the deal. Comes with all the tools you need (except a small Alan key for the front brake pipe clasp on the folk)to build the bike to a working state which only took 45mins to an hour taking my time as I enjoy this kind of thing. Seems a very cool brand and this the 3rd bike I have made by early rider. 1 more star if they were slightly more personable and if I got a little more of a feeling of warmth in the corispondance. Automated email notifications on the progress of your order is nice but a little bit of the personal touch would be prefrable 😉 could be lockdown speaking.......

Returning customer here, took a little time but I'm very satisfied with the customer service provided by Early Rider, especially Dafydd. It's not easy during Covid, still these guys come through for their customers and try to make solutions happen. We will definitely look at ER again as the boys continue to grow and progress.

Brilliant company. Kept me informed of the postage and bike was delivered in a 1 hour time slot. Bike was great, much better than the cheep heavy bike I was trying to teach my son on. After a couple of sessions he was able to ride unaided.

I bought the EARLY RIDER BELTER 16 Trail Edition. As beeing a Mountainbiker myself, I took a huge amount of time to research, what bike I should buy for my 3 year old daughter to learn riding. Since she has been shredding the local trails with her balance bike for a whole year now (and she loves it!), I was shure, that I didnt want any of the girly pink stuff with tons of plastic and unuseful parts, that i would have to remove, before she can take her bike into the woods with us. ALL the bikes, we tested at the lokal bikeshops were simply inappropriate for kids ... to heavy, sharp edges, brakes to big/far away for small hands... even with Canyon Bycicles residented in my Hometown Koblenz and nearly all big companies available ... i was not able to to find an appropriate Kids-(mountain)bike in 16" for the cause of learning how to ride trails. Thank God, i got a hint from a friend and found EARLY RIDER. The quality of the fabrication, the materials, the look, the wide range of application, ... everythink on this little bikes is just, how it needs to be. The bike is much lighter than any of the competition and works perfekt. It took Malia about 15 Seconds to learn how to ride it. She has been riding almost every day, rides on the streets, the local trails and even the pumptrack with it. This bike is an absolute eye-catcher and i just can't stand around in the woods, without beeing asked by some fathers, where i got this awesome bike. This is a full and absolute recommendation for any parents, who want to show their kids the fun of mountainbiking at an early age. Didn't find anything, thats comparable to the Early Rider.
