I needed some spare parts for my old Belter when it was time for my youngest son to ride it. Beccy at Early rider´s customer service was just super helpful, very qick and informative. Helped me a lot and I ended up purchased everything I needed to refresh the bike to a standard where is can give another rider a great experience. Super thankful.

The shipping was fast, the instruction to put the pieces together where not so clear. ( no build up instruction with the bike). and the front wheel is Bent!!!!
I've been super impressed with this company. We acquired an Early Rider classic from a close friend whose daughter had outgrown it. Unfortunately it had an unfavourable encounter with a tree a few weeks later and the front forks got damaged. I contacted the company via email to enquire whether a replacement might be possible. The rep responded almost immediately (on a Sunday) and, true to her word, dug around in the office the next day to root out the last remaining forks they had in stock. So, for a modest sum, I was able to repair the bike (kudos to the Early Riders designer(s) for making this bike so repairable - it's very refreshing in this disposal world we now live in) and get it back into safe working order within a matter of days. Hopefully it will last for many more years to come and be passed onto other happy little'uns to enjoy in future. Top marks Early Rider!
Five stars is not high enough. I needed parts for our Belter 16. The online chat was quick and easy, they sent a quote that was super fair. When I had questions about the quote and Early Rider followed up quickly. The best part? The parts arrived blazing fast and I live half way around the world. Our kids love our Early Rider bikes and I am totally impressed with the customer service. Thank you.

Fantastic bike and spec (Hellion 20), build quality seems spot on and the delivery was super fast. Great service and a great investment. Also ordered some grips for his bmx as they’re brilliant child specific size and finish is really great!
They supported our frame damage with a free replacement outside the gurantee time... that's true brand comitment.
Bought my 4 year old the Belter 16 as his first proper bike after a balance bike. Spoke to Beccy a couple of times and she was great, bike arrived a day earlier than originally advised, and the quality upon unboxing was as I had hoped. So far so happy. Within 2 attempts my little man was off. Everything just seems to fit him, saddle needed to be all the way down so he will grow into it. Brakes he needs to master as he has never had them before but that will come. Bike is really light which I’m sure helps him and will be easy for us to carry when he gets worn out. OK, so it is the dearer end of the market, but the bike is great quality., seems easy to ride and the customer service so far has been first rate and I see no reason why that would change with my experience so far Happily recommending this brand to family and friends and will be back in a couple of years time when he is ready for something bigger

the distance from the brake wire to to back tyre is zero, based on wrong construction or bad assembly! I wrote to Early Rider ... no repsonse ... bad service!
