In my search for a bike for my kid, I chanced upon Early Rider. TBH, I’ve not heard of it before despite being a biker myself (shame on me!). Doing some research, I learnt that kid’s bike are totally a different ball game (IKR!). I’m located at the other side of the world (Singapore) where there is no local distributor for the brand. Contacting Early Rider via e-mail, I was welcomed with prompt responses, pleasant communication and great solutions. While a tad expensive for shipping (sterling pounds don’t help 😔), the bike build is worth its weight in gold! Although there were some minor ‘mishaps’ (brakes installed wrongly; rear brakes are on the right lever in my side of the world), they were quick to reply and offer solutions to it. Their CS and tech team is fantastic. On riding: My kid instantly started pedalling within 30mins of his 1st day of ride and he was off to a speedy ride on the 2nd ride. It was well worth the splurge on a high-end Hellion 16 for the kid. Early Rider offers varying bikes, designed for kids in mind. If you want the best for your kid, look no further.
Was helped very quickly and professionally!! Only drawback: since the Brexit it is very complicated receiving spare parts in Europe.. (not early rider's fault)

We purchased the seeker 14 for our 3 year old. He loves it and was riding straight away. Such a well built little bike. A bit more pricey then some other bikes but well worth the extra cost. The bike was delivered within two days of ordering. Cannot fault easy rider at all!
I accidentally broke the frame of my son's Seeker 16 and needed a replacement quickly, since riding the bike is my son's most favourite activity. I have to say, that I was surprised how quick and effortless it was to order a new frame and deliver it to Germany -- despite all the Brexit-troubles. Beccy was very friendly and very helpful -- also, it seems, she works 24/7 -- that was probably the main reason, why I got the frame so quickly. Beccy, thank you very much, I really appreciate your efforts! :)

Well, what to say? Since the very first balance bike Charger12 we had purchased back then for our 2 years old son, then a year later followed by the truly amazing and versatile Belter 16, I knew already that our Early Rides purchase story will continue for the years ahead...Now two years later I have just received a box with Early Rider Helion20...what a dream bike for 4,5 years old! 🤩 It has everything that even his mum can dream of having on her MTB... In general, the quality of all three products we have purchased so far is simply mind-blowing! The lightweight frame with a geometry suitable to the youngest bikers, use of high-quality materials and long-lasting components, smart use of rubber belt on Belter 16 which requires literally “0” maintenance...etc, the list of superlatives can go on...I ride and love MTB for most of my life and I am happy to provide my son with superb, reliable, and safe riding tools! The best comes at the very end! Due to Early Rider's great reputation amongst those who understand bicycles a bit as well as due to quite high demand for good quality children bicycles, the resale value is amazing. The pre-owned ER bikes sales fast and really keep quite high value compare to other children's bicycle brands! Trust me, I am not a sales representative of Early Riders, just one MTB fanatic and super happy father who doesn't want to let his boy behind when riding MTB trails. So if you ask me if I would recommend Early Riders to my best friend? Absolutely YES!
Bike is great, really nice. Instructions for building were not fully comprehensive for the new way they ship so that led to a bit of confusion, however, I think that’s being addressed. The support when I reached out was outstanding even answered questions on email late on a Friday evening so problem was quickly fixed.

We've had 2 Early Ride bikes. Both have been amazing. Most kids bikes have garbage geometry, Early Rider is spot on. Your kids will become better riders on these bikes. Parts are great too, their pedals are the best. Paid a small fortune to get them over to Canada. Worth it! Lots of grip without the bloody shins.

Fantastic bike (Early Rider seeker 14). My daughter got the hang of a “pedal bike” within about 10mins! Light weight and clean due to the belt drive. A small problem with the tyres was felt with perfectly - two new ones sent within 10 minutes of me asking for help! Amazing bike and very helpful company. We’ll be back for our other children’s bikes!
