The bike is great, shipment was fast. Yet the rings to delimit handle bars are poor. Mounted and it broke within 1 min while trying if it fits well. Seem to be super sensitive - for a price that’s super high. Sad - yet bike is cool and nice.

My 5 year old son has a belter 16 bike which we bought off my brother after his son grew out of it. My son loves it. Such a great bike. One of the pedals came off as the inner fixing broke. My dad who is better at fixing things than me spoke to Becky at Earlyrider and after measuring and checking it was established that the bike needs new pedals and a link to the correct ones to fit was sent to us by Becky (and this despite the bike initially being purchased through an independent bike shop many years before by my brother rather that direct). They can trace your order if you buy through them direct to help with parts. I ordered one night and they came well packaged within a couple of days. They were easy to fix. An easy and faultless experience. Definitely recommend the company.

We support because of a damaged crank bracket. The very friendly and competent service answered our request promptly and we had the required spare parts within a few days. Many thanks for your help and greetings

Just received our second Early Rider bike. They are very light for kids to handle and the belt drive bikes are a great idea. Service from the Early Ride crew has been brilliant both times.

I knew the bike was on pre-order so I was a little hesitant, but when I emailed I was reassured and placed the order. I was kept up to date and the bike was delivered super quickly once it made it into the country. The bike is great, excellent quality, with some real nice touches, it is very well made and light. I originally bought a 12” bmx from a very reputable bmx brand but it was heavy and no where near the quality of the seeker 14.

The hellion 16: my 5 year old son was struggling on the hoggin tracks. This bike has solved the problem. The tyres are perfect for all terrain and the breaks are as good as you could ask for. So easy for his little fingers. Great bike all round!

Even though we got the bike 5 years ago - it is still in great shape. Some parts needed a refresh due to my son using the bike all year. Customer service was outstanding and exceptionally helpful providing the needed spares and more. Bike is like new again and our girl enjoys the ride - highly recommend :-)

The bikes are expensive but worth every penny. For the younger riders keeping the weight low is vital and these are among the lightest you can find. They are also beautifully designed and built to the highest standards with a real craftsman's quality. The only thing better than their bikes is their customer service. .

Excellent service. Great bike. Lovely light frame, great for young riders and looks great too! My boy and girl have used the Belter 16 from being very young. The gender neutral colour makes it great to hand down to siblings as does the quality. (Update, child number three is enjoying the bike!)
