Excellent service, very quick and friendly.
Bought Seeker X16 for grandson. Bike seems really well made with good components, no problems with this. Disappointed to find a few minor scuffs on fixings for brake levers which look like someone slipped during assembly - It’s not worth returning bike for that - but was immediately spotted by grandson. The front/rear reflectors included in box won’t fit on front bars or rear fork & are useless - would rather these were left out & a few quid knocked off price.
Super helpful upon purchase and then with subsequent communication. Bike turned up within a few days and is beautifully put together. So glad we got one for our little girl's first bike.

The best kids bikes by far. Well designed, well built and A* customer service/after sales support. You will pay a bit more for this, but it's worth every penny.

Excellent customer service very helpful. Required a Charger 12 with a rear brake, they sourced the brake which wasn’t in stock at the time, built up the bike and I received it before the end of the week. The bike is beautiful and my son loves it.

Ordered a set of replacement bolts for an Earlyrider Classic renovation project my wife roped me into. The website is easy to use, postage is reasonable and everything arrived as expected. Now just waiting for the grips to get back in stock....
Really impressed. Well packaged, no issues with transport, delivery or unboxing. Relatively easy to assemble and set up, a clutched rear mech was a new experience for me, but didn’t involve too much swearing! Ride, style, comfort, responsiveness all there in spades, super happy, and so is the boy, which makes it all the better.
Very nice company to buy from, unique range of products, top design, spec and quality. I went to the workshop to pick up a Belter 20, as I needed it straightway and assembled, my sons was almost ready for the next sized bike, so I ask if they have the bigger bike, and the nice young gentleman helped me put together a Belter 24 bike, I end up buying the bigger one and they refunded me the original one straightway. Very helpful and efficient.
