I ordered one the personalised craft boxes, which arrived promptly. There was confusion regarding the type of box I was expecting, due mostly to my not reading the descriptions properly. However, following my call with customer services, the problem was swiftly resolved beyond my expectations. I ordered a wonderful wooden cheese board which I had personalised for a friends wedding present. It is beautifully made, unique and I know they’ll love it. I strongly recommend this company, everything was exactly how I wanted it. On the invoice there are personal stamps from each team member who had created my product, this is a nice touch.
