A dear friend of the family died recently and as many of her friends could not attend the funeral, we wanted a momento we could send them. I ordered the ‘in loving memory Christmas bauble’. I needed 40 with the specific message‘remembering Jenny who loved to party’. The team could not have been more helpful, I was given a suggestion for the font and lay out and the response was so quick and efficient. The order arrived in a few days and the baubles were beautiful. Each year Jenny’s friends can hang the bauble on their Christmas tree and smile when they remember her partying. Ordered a lovely mug for my son’s birthday and it was dispatched in plenty of time. Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to take the package on a mystery tour of the UK. I contacted Gemma, who was extremely helpful and could see the bizarre tracking of the package. Knowing it was for a birthday present she arranged for another mug to be dispatched on a 24hr delivery and I’m glad to say it arrived in time for his birthday. I’ve not seen it but my son seems very happy with it- even if he doesn’t really accept the message on it 😂. Couldn’t fault the customer service!
