I had entered the wording I wanted used on the planter I ordered, but not the actual font to be used, and the team did a great job selecting one that reflected the meaning or the words. Disappointed. Where is my nice Blue gift bag? I received an insipid beige colour one that is not shown in the pictures on the website? The wood mug itself is nice however, one of the metal coins is slightly marked, so it feels mass produced and not as luxury as the website portrays. I won't be ordering anymore as gifts for £60!

I waited a month to receive it which was then delivered by Evri, who had the gaul to place a sticker on the box indicating next day delivery!!! Granted it's a very attractive item however, the rope handle isn't large enough to hold properly. I'm a little disappointed to be honest.

Bought as a gift for my Dad's birthday, good price for the quality, a really lovely thing! It arrived quicker than expected as well. My partner had his eye on it so have had to order him one as well!

Bought as a birthday gift for a friend - she loved it!

Received my Dusk Tankard today only 3-4 days after ordering . Not sure what the point of the bag is but I guess it’s a nice touch for delivery . However I’m now on my third pint from it and really like it . It’s big and chunky and well made but not heavy . It’ll probably end up hanging in my local pub so I don’t have to remember to take it with me where I’m sure it will receive many compliments .

Received my Chuug today. Fast postage, beautifully made. I love it!!!!

It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but I was not disappointed with how beautiful it looked. Sadly, it is quite impractical for an actual beer mug. The rope is too tight, making it hard to hold (for big hands at least), and the metal does not get close enough to the lip of the edge to make drinking practical. An expensive paperweight/gimmick.

Lovely box sent to my new grandson . Parents were thrilled with it as was big brother so I ordered one for him too. Two happy bunnies !

The mug I ordered became unstuck at the bottom and started leaking after only two uses and one wash which was washed carefully without submerging it. I have tried several times to contact the store to rectify this problem and have had no response to either the emails or the chat on there website. Very disappointing when I paid a lot of money for this item and now my partner is unable to use it. Would not recommend this store as no customer service seems to be running
