Forth time I have purchased this beautiful baby keepsake box. They are gifts for all my nieces and nephew when they are born! They are such a lovely personalised gift, which is always gratefully received. Fantastic product and great seller. Absolutely no hesitation recommending the seller and product to anyone. Item was far too big

Two keychains arrived broken, the metal clasps simply fell off in the envelope. They are unusable.

Poor communication. I paid for & ordered 4 items. One arrived. I left a voicemail then sent them an email with NIL response. A week later the other 3 items arrived.

Very quick delivery, memory boxes are perfectly worded and good quality. Excellent value.

Quality quite good shame it doesn't come with a gift box to fit perfectly
