Product arrived within 3 days. Was given a time slot for delivery by Royal Mail. Was delighted with product and personalised inscription. Would definitely recommend company.

The item was delivered extremely fast and unfortunately it was incomplete. I informed them straight away and by return of email another was ordered and sent to the workshop for manufacturing without question. I received the correct order within 5 Days of placing my first order. Very impressive as each time delivery was by Royal Mail. It is for the speed of manufacture and the way the manufacturing issue was dealt with that I have given 5 stars.

I ordered a personalised cheeseboard for my mum and step dad for xmas which arrived ahead of schedule and is absolutely gorgeous, priced really well and owuld recommend having a look on here to anyone. thanks for the great service
