Ordered the keepsake box for my project from a not on a High Street (3rd party website) Don’t know whether I’m annoyed or feeling rather displeased about this whole customer experience. Paid about £60 for a keepsake box. Though I like how they tried to reassure me by messaging me regarding the confirmation of the words (maybe cause there were previous complaints over wrong engraved words) BUT. What annoyed me was that I opted for a under the lid message for my item. Knew that it was a bit too long and wanted to show them how the formatting would look like. Knowing that the 3rd party website doesn’t have a formatting format chat box. Hence, Initiated the conversation by emailing them. Told me they acknowledged the email but I should reply them at the 3rd party website instead. After much back and forth over triple confirming over the engraved words (which i appreciate) - finally the last confirmation was to tell me that the engraver said that they can’t engraved it cause the msg was too long. Told them that I couldn’t see the formatting of my message via the chat, back and forth back and forth and finally settled on the formatting. Therefore delivered late - not on my selected agreed date. I even replied them by the specific timing they asked for!! Plus, they even wanted to charge me EXTRA if I want it by the date that they agreed to send it to. Is it that hard to be smart about this? And please don’t say you’re a small business or whatever. You’ve 831 reviews as of today. That’s not small anymore. What’s even upsetting is their logo. Ugly And big af - situated at the bottom of my personalised message. Plus, It’s not even reflected on their website pictures. But too late, already bought it. -.- Regret. Oh yah. PHONE DOESNT EVEN WORK. Lol. Please. Straight to ‘we only work from 10-5 from Monday to FridayS. Excuse you, I called you on a Friday. Wth
